[01] put on your Sunday clothes when you feel down and out
Who: Wall-E and YOU!
When: Sundayof course
Where: Residential District
What: A little robot is doing some important work, but in order to get it done, we need to go knocking on some people's doors here.
Rating/Warning: N/A, will update as necessary?
[It's a nice and quiet Sunday, not a lot going on. However, if you have chosen to spend this day relaxing at home, you might be able to hear some noise--or rather, music, coming from somewhere outside of the door of your residence here:]
Put on your Sunday clothes,
There's lots of world out there!
Get out the brilliantine and dime cigars
We're gonna find adventure in the evening air
Girls in white in a perfumed night
Where the lights are as bright as the stars!
[Soon enough, you'll hear a knock upon your door. Upon opening it, you'll be greeted by Wall-E here, who will offer a small wave and do one of two things:
A. Attempt to roll right on past you and go straight into your house, leaving behind a large garbage bin on wheels out in the hallway. He seems to be a robot on a mission, looking around for something. Hopefully you are someone who keeps their trash somewhere out in a noticeable spot, because that's what Wall-E's here for. Otherwise, you might end up having a nosy robot starting to poke around your things when looking for your garbage can here.
or
B. He'll take a second to turn off the music playing, and then starts digging around in a container that he hoists off his back for a moment. Once he finds what he's looking for, he holds it out for you to look at: it looks like a business card that someone was nice enough to put together for him (probably after too many attempts of Plan A made it quickly apparent that he needed a different approach instead of just going into people's houses without proper explanation), stating that he's a "Door to Door Trash Compactor" and that he's here to take care of your garbage for you today.
He'll give you a moment to look at it before he then speaks.]
Traaash?
[Is it okay if he comes inside for a moment to do some cleaning? Or, barring that, if you could bring it out here and he'll take care of it for you right here outside your door?]

a!
he arches an eyebrow, appearing almost amused by these antics. the unexpected guest is not really doing anything, aside from messing up some semi-organized belongings. ...what IS the robot even trying to do? going off the trash can, the goal may be to find some trash? maybe? but please stop messing with his things, mr. robot.]
For a thief, you're really not all that good at it.
[riku doesn't actively think wall-e is a thief; he's just being a butt. that's what uninvited guests get.]

[Wall-E finally seems to properly focus on Riku for the first time since entering the apartment upon hearing the word. He turns his attention away from the trash can, tilting his head a little here. Does he really seem like a thief here?
(...There is a possibility that Wall-E might not be entirely sure of what that even means, considering how there was never a need to be concerned about the idea of "stealing" back home, but even so, it didn't sound like a good thing to be referred to as all the same.)]

Barging inside homes without permission, going through people's stuff and obviously on the lookout for something: all that paints you in a pretty thief-ish light.
[and not everyone will be as chill about it as he is (cause he's really not bugged by it). some people might try to turn wall-e into a trashcan or a paperweight or... whatever might be unpleasant for a robot.]

[And here, his head droops slightly as he looks downward, hands fidgeting, even sounding perhaps a tad ashamed. He didn't intend to come across that way, really! He was just doing the task that he had been given here--something that he could contribute during his stay here, even if it was something as small as just disposing of the trash.]

Relax, I'm not mad. [so stop looking like riku kicked your new puppy out a window please.] But next time you invite yourself inside someone's place, try giving them a head's up why first.

Still, he's already inside your apartment now, so... perhaps he can at least introduce himself here?]
Waaalllyyy [He also holds out a hand up towards Riku, offering a handshake. It's nice to meet you?]

Riku.
[his eyes dart over at the trash bin outside his door as he lets go.]
So, Wally, I'm guessing that trash bin has something to do with why you're here?

He then goes back to looking around Riku's apartment now... where do you keep your trash here anyway?]

Kitchen, under the sink.
