[ Why does Souji seem to find Yamato at his childish moments! The uchigatana only wanted to learn how the whole ordeal is supposed to go but he's been caught. In a good way. The fact that the swordsman that Yamato has taken great idolization in is too busy laughing and carrying on from how funny this event is to him. Yamato does blink in confusion, wondering if he's done wrong and like a confused puppy, he follows the hands that sit a puff of suds above him — when a bubble hovers down down and pops on his nose it makes him alert and even jump just a little. ]

Ah, Okita-kun, I'm sorry.. maybe it should be I that cleans. I did mess up.. it must have not gone as I had planned. [ He's made a mistake as he walks towards the machine — getting his clothes wet and turning the dial to make even more bubbles that start to hover out. ]

I don't think.. I understand this yet.

[Souji watches the sword fondly, and reaches out to remove his hands very gently as the machine spews out more bubbles. He doesn't seem to mind the fact that his clothes are now wet and clinging to his still alarmingly skinny body - at least the water and fumes are warm, right?]

It's not so easy, if you've never used it before. Look here- [He points at a rather conspicuous, glowing green button.] -this is the one that turns it off. Press it quickly to make it stop doing what it's doing- [He does so.] -and hold it in to make it turn off completely, see?

[Now the machine is well and truly off, and the torrent of foam has slowed down to a turgid trickle, Souji looks around himself and lets out an amused little sound.]

I really don't mind helping out, though, and I'm already wet anyway! Let's get this cleaned up before someone slips. I know where Haru keeps the mops and things.

There's so many new things here, Okita-kun, things I never thought I'd be able to see. [ But he still does try to be one with every new things to figure out it's purpose. Following after Souji as he demonstrates how to turn on and off the machine that Yamato had messed with. His mouth forms an 'o' from how astounded he is from such a simple act. ] I see, is that what must be done? I would have never known. [ He makes a mental note of this as he watches how the hum of the machine dies down and there's no more bubbles being made. ]

I truly didn't mean to make a mess, I thought I had conquered my first modern thing. I guess my time is not yet. [ Staying by Souji's side, he looks around and notices a bin of clean rags, maybe they can use those as well. ] Would rags work, if we can't find mops. I don't mind using it but we can find you the mop!

Right? It's a very strange kind of world, but very exciting too.

[Ugh, why is Yams so incredibly cute. Souji halts on the way to the door just to take Yamato by the hands and lean their foreheads together for a moment, smiling. It's hard not to want to look after and guide someone who keeps being so thoroughly endearing.]

As long as you're willing to learn, that's the important thing. No one can just know things without looking to others that do, after all.

[Then he pats Yamato on the head, managing to flatten the foam there more evenly into his hair.]

I'll go get mops, and you can start with the rags, right? And, ah, Yasusada-kun? Please don't touch the machine just yet, okay? [And he'll nyoom off pretty quickly and come back again with two mops and a bucket, just in case.]

[ There's a smile on his features at the moment their foreheads touch, he can't help but laugh too. It catches him off guard and he guesses that as of right now, it's okay to be happy about this. Knowing that Souji finds this world strange maybe Yamato feel just a tad better knowing he's not alone but he knows that the male has adjusted unlike the uchigatana. ] I am willing to learn, as you know. There's many things here I don't understand and even if I have to teach myself.. I will.

[ There's a nod as he's patted ad told not to mess with the machine as Souji scurries off. Well, leaving the washing machine alone. He finds the dryer minding it's own business and he has to mess with that too but there's nothing interesting to be done as he cleans a green button to turn it on while the door is open but as it turns.. nothing happens. When he hears Souji's voice, he turns around with a smile. ]
