Think they had anything to do with it? Or was it just another one of those 'glitches' that means all their super-special technology is a piece of shit that keeps breaking down?

[They really need to get inside soon! But at least they're close.]

Could be either. Or even both. What if their technology is so they can hide these secrets?

I wouldn't be surprised, but if that's so, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't send us out to discover their secrets. Secrets are secret for a reason.

Unless they're just that dumb. [heh!]

That's true, especially since the times where we have discovered their secrets, it was because of glitches. So their system isn't even stable!

[Oh ho ho Zoro, she can believe that too.] They have a lot of enemies who are willing to exploit their weaknesses too.

And they're making even more right under their own noses. Hopefully this means things get interesting from here on out.

One can only keep up for so long. [She stretches her hands, they're going to get a lot more work if they end up in battle.] We'll just have to be ready for whatever comes at us.

[That and--] We'll have to help them prepare too. [And she eyes the swords' apartments. They're all mighty fighters, but it seems they're vulnerable to whenever an enemy can get into their heads.]

Hm? [unaware of the torment any of them went through. Sure, they're people too, but he's only used to taking care of swords.] What do you mean?

[She's not sure how much she can say either, considering that while it's history, it's also their feelings that is involved. She'll keep it as general as possible.] Let's see...history can be quite tragic, no? Whatever is in this world, colony, even CERES, they are able to use such knowledge to torment their victims. Some of them endured that this time.

[She knew about them being able to dig deep.] It didn't happen to me here, so I am unsure if it is CERES, I know they can if they wanted to. I've experienced something similar before. [Three days of endless mental torture, where they tried to show her deepest fears. It was punishment for trying to steal information secretly with others.]

I would be awful if more groups can go into our minds like this.

Yeah. [NO BIG DEAL just. The only real secret he's kept from his crew, all except for two who were there.] It was pretty rude of 'em to do that.

I don't get what the point is. Digging into our memories, making them public? What are they even doing to us? It sure ain't just letting us live a quiet life.

[She winces on his behalf, getting your mind probed is still awful.] It is, who knows what they can do with such things!

I am unsure as well. Revealing weaknesses...? Though for what reason, especially since they claim to be "helping" us.

It's only a weakness if you let it be. [big talk for somebody who doesn't know what it did to his sword-friends] Memories are just that, it's the past, it's over.

Either way, it's pretty clear CERES isn't here to help. That's enough.

[YEAH ZORO GOSH.] It is true, as depressing as it is. If anything, the past is meant to teach us for the present.

I am thankful that normally, CERES would leave us alone. It's like...a test.

I don't know about that. We're still trapped in this place, like animals in a zoo. I don't think that's any better than being jerked around in the long run, but.

[shrugs. The more they talk about it, the more it goes around in circles with no solutions]

Someone will figure something out. I just wanna be there when they do. I'm no thinker, I'm better at cutting down the things that the thinkers are too weak to handle.

[A zoo, that's exactly what this is. And strangely enough it's a similar idea in that they can't survive at all in the jungles where they were free.] You're right. There's still no way for us to get out.

But yes, I will do my best when the time comes. Again, they will need all kinds. [Tiny fist pump!!!] We will do what we can. So first thing will be to go visit our friends.
