[ Kousetsu will turn back to the silent shrine with a shake of his head. They deserved some peace where ever they currently were. This is a small part of what he was capable of doing for them now. ]

No, Nakigitsune-san. You were not. I was merely finishing when you arrived. I hope...that they are able to sense our prayers, where ever they are.

[yaayaa]

We hope so as well...wherever they may be.

[He keeps standing there for a moment, before moving to sit next to Kousetsu. Should he try praying too? He doesn't really know how to pray though...after another moment's hesitation, he tries holding up a hand in the way Kousetsu does.]

Yes. I can only pray that they are well and safe. [ He doesn't know what else to do...but his thoughts are paused as he watches Nakigitsune sit down beside him and mimics his actions.

He can help but smile momentarily as he's reminded that Sayo mimics him in much the same manner. ]

I am sure that they feel and can hear your hopes and well wishes.

[yaayaa]

[While Nakigitsune doesn't exactly reply, he does duck his head in a kindasortavaguely nodding motion. He does hope they can hear...he's not sure if he's doing it right? But if it gets through anyway....that'd be nice.]

...Have you been doing well, Kousetsu-dono? We understand the recent adventure was quite taxing for most of the others.

...I am doing better than many of the others. [ His past isn't quite as taxing or scarring as the other swords. His past was relatively peaceful all things considered. ]

My past as a sword...is not as trying as some of the others. I hope that...you are faring well if you were exposed to such things. [ And here he'll look back at the other with a curious, worried, sort of glance. ]

Nakigitsune does not have a very trying past, either...so he is doing as well as he can be, at the moment.

[Naki returns Kousetsu's worried glance with a hard-to-read one of his own, but. After a moment's hesitation, he changes his praying gesture into a foxhand. It's supposed to be a reassuring thing, but does it come across that way?]

[ Well that's good. Kousetsu nods and looks back at the city shrouded in lights before them. ]

It is best if we try to help those who were...affected more by this. [ At least that's what he's been trying to do. Kousetsu isn't very good with his own emotions but he's a good pillar of support, or so he thinks. ]
