They...seem fine, which I am thankful for. [ The last thing they needed was to come home to their poor cybuddies in disarray or worse. ]

I am...alright. It was not as hard for me as it was for others. My past with my masters...was not as tumultuous as some of the others.

[hoasen]

That is good. It was...a mess so I am glad that they didn't need anything else other than love and attention.

[She then frowns.] You saw your past? [She was there when Tsurumaru saw his, so she can understand what he meant by tumultuous.]

...yes. [ Though he doesn't look like he enjoyed it very much either. His past wasn't as terrible as some of the others, but it was never fun to experience or see your masters die regardless of how they passed on. Kousetsu was lucky in that Itebeoka passed on in a peaceful manner. It still hurt and pained him to watch though. ]

But...everyone who went there saw theirs. I was...not alone in that.

[hoasen]

[She could see that he was uncomfortable nevertheless, so shuffles closer. She has grown used to death, even when bosses and people she admired died. But in her case, her duty has made her accept it much earlier. She was lucky to have had guidance from China and France as well.]

[ Kousetsu doesn't show it as much as he probably should, but it's a good thing Vietnam picks up on it. He's a bit better with expressing his emotions but still not quite there. ]

...I am fine, Vietnam-san. It is the others you should be more worried for. They have...all had far worse histories than myself.

[Thanks to the experience of being there witnessing others, she knows Kousetsu could do with a little support.]

I am worried about them too, as I did encounter Tsurumaru. But I am here now, with you, so you can also depend on me.

[ Tsurumaru worries him the most too. He's not sure it's a good idea to leave the other alone after all that. But he wasn't a sword that was good at confrontations like that. ]

Thank you Vietnam-san. I...am grateful for your help. I have been try to...help the others. But I am not...a very good aid when it comes to things like this.

[Some of them are more emotional than they give themselves credit for. Kousetsu too, she knows he's a good, loving sword.]

...I have been told as much before. [ He bows his head a little as he continues to pet some of those cybuddies that are still around him. ]

It is...not much in the way of helping however. I wish to...be able to do more for those around me. [ Not being good with emotions makes that kinda hard. ]

I am willing to do whatever I can to help those less fortunate than myself. But it is hard when there is...something missing.

But she can understand why he is worried. The fact that he feels like it is all he has, and he could do more. Kousetsu has always been a generous sword.]

I think your intentions are already known to the others. You may seem quiet, but you show your desires to help quite openly.

Yes. I...try to help as much as I am able. [ But sometimes it feels like it's not enough. ]

Precisely. We judge ourselves more than we judge others, so do not quantify how much you need to do.

I will...try to do as you say, Vietnam-san. It is a very hard thing to do when you see the ones you care about suffering.
