[ It's a fine day, a day where your bathrooms won't be trapping you within them just yet. So your guard may be down. Why you're in the Shopping District, Yang has no idea, and why Yang is in the Shopping District-- well, let's just say she's decided to be an excellent friend and take matters into her own hands.

And that is why you will end up with one hand on your shoulder.

b.) Make a break for it
c.) Stab, punch, and attempt other forms of bodily violence (please don't.)

At least she's only targeting people she's spoken to at least once, and she'll speak up now, urgently. ]

[ He flinches ever so slightly when Yang grabs his arm, letting out a tiny sound of pain - not so tight - before he shifts his shoulder to a more comfortable position. ]

[ That has him raise an eyebrow. They are tailored in the modern style, but still loose to fit what he had been used to wearing for three decades. ]

[ What kind of horrific eye-catching garb will Yang pick up, he wonders... ]

[ Trust her judgment a little more. If she's going with his pants, something a little more loose... but then maybe coordinate another outfit? Hm. ]

[ It takes him a moment to remember what that is supposed to be. ]

That does not seem to different from what I usually wear.

He probably will not be escaping for quite some time, so he resigns himself to simply going along with the flow. No promises, but he can take a look. ]

Yes and no? Everyone's got their own distinct style, so I'm kind of going based off modern stuff and what I know of you.

[ What she knows of him, hmmm... admittedly it isn't much, since they met while fighting the assassin robots and then again during that shopping trip. ]

So am I! [ with a playful note, but they're off! And she's hitting the racks, checking shirts and glancing at him, then back to the shirts. ]

[ Most of what she's looking at are shirts with frills and other extra embellishments, so he doesn't quite comment on it. He does remember their previous shopping trip - it can still be said that he can wear women's clothing without much difficulty. ]

[ Luckily for him, she won't be lingering on the frilly stuff. Men's clothing exists too, so she's humming a little and moving on to the next rack. ]

You really seem like a layers kind of guy.

[thirdarrow]

[ He nods at that in confirmation. ]

Yes, that is correct. I find them much more comfortable than a single layer.

[ Two had been the minimum while he was still alive, with three shirts making up his formal wear. Even in modernity he had adhered to that habit. ]

... Let's try two layers, then. Maybe a jacket vest--

[ He vaguely indicates the environment around them. ]

I am already wearing something similar.

[ DON'T YOU EVEN. ]

So he simply inclines his head, amused. ]

Argyle. Save that for your socks. But a solid color for a vest gives you more shirt choices.

[ Right. ]

I see. [ Well, who is he to argue with a lady more well-versed in fashion? ] What do you have in mind, then?

How are you with yellow, again?

[ At that, he indicates his hair with a vague gesture. ]

It would not be too different from my usual ensemble. Though I would prefer orange if possible.

[ Along with blue, it is one of his clan colours. Even though he technically wasn't the clan head anymore, it's still some form of tie to his heritage. ]
