Scenario A: Closed to Merlin (sortileges)

[ So robot Shigeru is really awkward and kinda frightening, but Shigeru is trying his best to see some good that could from it. Mainly that it’s really good at cleaning the house, including the rooms it’s not supposed to clean?! So when Merlin is in the bathroom taking a shower…Shigerubot will be there ready to do battle. Shigeru takes his eyes off of this thing for one second and it’s doing something bad, oh my god ghehiswehf?! Please do not go into other people’s room Shigerubot, Shigeru did not raise you that way! But perhaps once Merlin goes back into his room he will catch the culprit in the act. ]

Scenario B: OTA Ceres Academy

[ Since this thing is following him like dog it’s only natural that when he goes to art class to help out the robot is there alongside him. Having two teachers that look the same is awkward and weird. But Shigeru and his robot are surprisingly diligent with helping students out and making sure they’re doing what they’re supposed to. ]

If you need any assistance please don’t hesitate to ask me.

[ Except the ‘me’ kinda means both of them right?! Maybe…who knows. Either way the both of them show their own cerevices at the same time to the poor student who is in need of some help. Which one is the real one?]

Scenario C: Around the marketplace

[ Where ever you go, where ever you are, you will see two Shigeru’s walking down the street or through the gardens or where ever the real Shigeru needs to go. One of them seems flustered as people whisper and look at them as the walk by. Shigeru is just trying his hardest to ignore things and go shopping around for ingredients for food, but it’s hard when his robot takes things off the shelves, disinfects them and then puts them in the cart. It makes Shigeru so self-conscious, as if he wasn’t already enough when it came to his phobia, but now his robot is just…doing things he’d really like to do himself out in the open. It’s awkward please someone save him. ]

Please stop doing that! People are watching! [ The robot will just shake its head and reply in kind via sign language now. ]

It’s okay. I just want to make sure it’s comfortable for the both of us!

[ Ugh this is not what he wanted to have happen. Shigerubot why do you betray. Although it feels awkward having a robot that can actually…experience what he’s going through. It still feels weird somehow. ]

Scenario D: Gardens

[ He's finally lost it. That robot is finally off his tail and Shigeru can have some peace and quiet. But it's really unnerving that it's still at the apartment and he doesn't know what to do about it. If he sees anyone he knows isn't from Cerealia he'll look a bit wary as he tries to piece together on whether their a robot or an actual person. He's not sure who is who anymore so it's a bit of mess. Either way he looks tired as he looks at whoever walks by. It's almost as if he wants to ask something but...he's not sure if he should. ]

[He isn't even referring to the embarrassing and thorough disinfection of the produce and food items going into the cart, here!

No, he's talking about the identical bot - so identical that he's actually not sure which to be looking at. Presumably the one pushing the cart?? These bots are meant to help, right? So the bot is probably... the one doing the manic disinfecting?! HE THINKS... God, life is hard when doubles are everywhere. He's managed to shake his own but for how long.]

[ He looks so upset and frantic right now. He just nods his head and turns away a little when another passing group of people stare at them while Shigerubot cleans yet bottle in its hands. It's more outgoing than he is when it comes to this sort of thing, but Shigeru doesn't want to stop him in some ways.

He'll look at Kashuu with a frown and type something. ]

I tried to make him stop but he won't listen to me!

You have to be more aggressive! Like, try threatening it or something.

[Says the guy who can't even threaten his own bot because THAT FEAR SEEMS SO REAL?? It's trippy and he doesn't like it.]

[ Otome's robot is nice and safe at home (hopefully), so while she's taking a walk, she's pausing at the sight of such a woebegone face. Hey, she recognizes a cry for help when she sees one. ]

[ He's just trying to relax but his features tell another story it's true. He might jump slightly at the sudden question. ]

I'm fine!

[ Lying liar who lies is what Shigeru is right now. He might look more dour than before as he fiddles with the cerevice in his gloved hands. ]

Do you...know anything about these robots?

Not... much, unfortunately. Is that what's got you looking so down?

[ Because he's totally not fine. ]

[ Shion's robot is at home... Thankfully, because it looks like someone is having some trouble!

...Are they? That person does look pretty frantic- ah... ]

[ Shion will try to approach carefully, to not scare the man (men?). what a curious procedure though, is there a reason why they're doing that? he never really seen anyone do that (but that's what happens when you live in a poor town for awhile). ] Do you need some help?

[ Shigeru is really trying to make his robot cooperate with frantic gestures of his hands, which in actuality is him signing 'stop' but for onlookers it just looks...weird.

Either way he'll turn with a startled look as his immediately tick towards his cerevice. He types something quickly on his phone. ]

No! It's okay! I...I don't need anything. My robot isn't listening to me is all.

But you look really worried...

[ Shion frowns. obviously this person needs help!? ah... but he doesn't really know what to do. he'll... TAKE A GUESS THOUGH! ]

Ahh... Well, may I ask why he's doing that? If he's not listening to you then there must be a reason why...

[Sayo blinks and looks up at the art teacher curiously. Right next to him is his own robot, who is also looking up at them both.]

Okay, but... which one of you should I ask first?

[ The real Shigeru just glares at his robot counterpart before he takes up his cerevice and types something. ]

Sorry that would be me. He's...not the real me.

[ Robogeru is just a little too gung ho about helping out. ]

[The typing thing is a little weird, but Sayo wouldn't question it too much as long as they can communicate. He gives a nod.]

I understand. I'll call for you if I need help.

[Generally, Sayo's not that bad with art. It's the subject matter he use that usually get some attention from the teachers in his schoolwork.]

[Life was a pain when you couldn't tell fact from fiction; it's true. It's also not an excuse to go around bothering people by doing a whole lot of nothing. Not that Neji's bothered when he's finally gotten time to catch some fresh air himself, and he finds himself staring back at the man who's almost so hesitant it hurts.

He's not bothered. Really.] If there's something you want to say, say it.

[The bluntness is just his default, and to be honest Shigeru wasn't doing himself any favors.]

[ There are many things he wished he could say...things that his robot had said and done for him already. It was frustrating and embarrassing all at once and he just wanted to get rid of Shigerubot as soon as possible...

So he doesn't say anything at first to Neji but then he'll type something up on his cerevice for the other to read. ]

I'm sorry. I didn't mean to stare. I was...thinking.

[Angelo and his robot double seem to be getting along for the most part. Though both of them see Shigeru and his robot double then look at each other before both quirking their eyebrows, especially after coming to do some grocery shopping for themselves.]

Should I ask what's going on? [He then looks at his double who is trying not to laugh, even if he does want to and well honestly Angelo kind of wants to laugh too.]

[ Shigeru doesn't think it's funny at all. He already had a complex about his phobia as it was, now things like this just made it worse for him. His robot doesn't seem to care as it takes another water bottle to clean and put in the cart. ]

He won't listen to me! [ And judging by Shigeru's expression it's really upsetting him and this is not what he wanted to go through today!! ]

I shouldn't have...taken him with me. I should have known better. [ Because it's just as hard for him to do this, so his robot would be the same. ]

[ Considering life is made easier by having ensuite style bedrooms (more expensive, but who cares, this is true luxury) Merlin has been fairly comfortable here. Shigeru knows his room is a no go zone, and in return he keeps the bathroom there sparkly clean so he doesn't start panicking. Even his room is dust free, and the only messiness is when he fails to put his clothes in the laundry basket and just drops them on the floor instead.

Most of the time he doesn't take his clothes into the bathroom for that reason. His bedroom door is shut so he can just use a towel and head across--only today things aren't going to plan. As soon as he goes to step out of the door, there Shigerubot is cleaning with a duster and using some kind of spray to the point that Merlin chokes and splutters.

He has to hold the towel tighter with one hand while the other covers his mouth. This isn't how he wanted the morning to start.

Loudly, telepathically he yells: ]

SHIGERU!

[ Well, that probably explains everything, doesn't it? ]

IT HAD TO BE DONE

[ Shigeru quite literally jumps when that shout reverberates through his head. There's some stumbling and rushed footsteps outside of Merlin's room and the hallway outside of it but the door doesn't open yet. There's few taps on the door before Merlin gets a worried reply. ]

What happened?! Are you okay? [ Well Shigeru doesn't go into his room yet...but he probably should give the situation. Except the Shigeru in Merlin's room isn't...responding and it's just standing there cleaning still as if nothing is even wrong. ]

[It's about the same time that Rise's reaching for something on a shelf and the Shigerubot beats her to it, taking it off the shelf, disinfecting it, and putting it in the cart of a very flustered-looking man. Rise's hand remains in mid-air like she's still going to grab something as she stares at the robot who continues on his way.

(Her own double's wandered to another part of the store. Give it time, she'll be back.) Still, she gives Shigeru a kind smile as she watches curiously.]

At least he's considerate...?

[ Considerate and sorta embarrassing. But Shigeru just gives a sheepish smile and a slight nod of his head. ]

I don't...want him to do that sort of thing in public though.

[ It's evident that Shigeru feels pretty strongly about this, but without his robot listening it was kinda a moot point. ]

[ . . . . . oh sweet jesus, she wasn't expecting this to follow her right into school. So there's a bit of alarmed reeling back because that's a little overwhelming to process?!]

I.... What? No, one of you is fake!

[ hjugihs he's really sorry?! He didn't mean to alarm her, at least he didn't he's not sure about his robot. ]

I'm really sorry! I'm the real one. He...he's a robot so don't pay attention to him.

[ Have a sheepish apologetic smile. ]

[ And here's Yoichi walking by... Only to pause for a bit, because he's sure he ran into Shigeru a little while ago. Maybe Shigeru would see question marks appearing on top of his head as he's glancing between Shigeru and the direction he came walking from a few times before he decides to approach. ]

...You alright?

[ Perhaps it was Shigerubot out looking for its master. But either way Shigeru jumps slightly at the sudden break in silence. He gives a shaky smile as he types something on his phone. ]

Yes. Sorry. I'm alright...

[ Sorta, not really, he'll be fine once he's figured a way to stop his roboself. ]

Thank you for worrying about me. I was just...thinking.

when the robot starts going crazy with powers 8(

[ He's been in and out of the apartment a bit, tired of sneezing because while Shigeru controls himself a little, the robot seems to be trying to make a competition out of how clean they keep the apartment. Unlike Shigeru, however, its hands don't burn from the chemicals. It's when things change that Merlin really starts to properly worry. At first he thinks he's seeing things (it wouldn't be the first time this past week or so, with feathers flickering in the corner of his gaze before they're gone) but he doesn't actually panic.

When he calls out to Shigeru, he sounds content and calm actually, even if the robot is apparently melting away part of the wall??? He isn't sure. ]

Shigeru, has it always been able to do that?

[ His head tilts, but really he's just a little perplexed more than anything else. ]
