[Even with all the (light) exercise she'd been doing, it doesn't change the fact that she's still a princess and that she's more used to taking leisurely walks than running for her life. So thank goodness Allen slings her up and throws her into another pile of sand albeit a safe pile. She gets the breath knocked out of her, a scrape along her arm and in all other places thanks to her swimsuit and a mouthful of sand, but as soon as she can get her breath back, she'll be able to tell him that she's grateful and that it could have been much worse.
But for now, she's trying to get the taste of sand from her mouth, bent over on the pile of sand and coughing. At least she's looking up at him with watering eyes and tries her best to look grateful until she can speak again.]
