[The Shopping District's a pretty busy place, right? People are always moving around, talking, buying things-- Surely, no one's going to notice if a girl just glitches and appears out of thin air, right?]

[Well, in any case, this glitch is quickly identified to be an odd-looking teenaged girl - that is to say, Maya, and upon appearing, she pretty much just crumples to the ground]

[Except-- aside from pulling herself up to a sitting position, she doesn't seem to be making any efforts to get up or talk to anyone. In fact, she looks.... upset? Wow, is that even possible???]

[So your options here are: check this weird scene out, keep walking, throw something at her, or any other option. Be creative!!]

phase ii - catch me if you can;

[Well, you're minding your own business! Trying to get wherever you're going!! HARK, there is a small teenage girl, directly in your path.]

Okay, Maya, one foot after the other.... two feet after the other... three feet after.... wait, that doesn't make sense.

[She's coming towards you! If you don't move fast, she's going to crash directly into you, or topple over and take you down with her]

phase iii - speaking of watch your step;

[On that note, there's another option. You, once again, are trying to conduct your business, getting home, checking on your friends, trying to go somewhere, whatever. But down, on the ground, is said weirdo teenage girl, and she appears to be crawling very slowly... on her hands and knees, in some direction. Okay. That's all fine and weird, but every so often, she freezes up, her eyes widen, and then she reaches for whatever's closest (which is probably your ankle, but can be: bench, a cleaning robo, or... anything else, really) as if trying to put her hand through it.]

[Obviously, this does not work out for her, because these things are all solid objects]

[And here, Mabel just happened to be checking out the newest and most awesomest stuff that Cerealia has to offer here! Of course, after everything that happened, all the girl really wanted was a distraction.

In the middle of looking through the windows, that's when she heard some squealing from Waddles. Being curious, she turned around to find one Maya Fey landing right on top of her!]

W-Whoa...!! If you wanted a hug, all you had to do was ask Maya...!

[Mabel is probably one of the few people actually smaller than Maya, so this is quite unfortunate indeed]

[she does her best to roll off of Mabel once she realizes her mistake, but that mostly ends up with her hitting the ground]

[She does her best not to fall over, even if everything in front of her looks like code again and she's staring blankly as she sways on the spot]

Well if we're going to have pancakes, we gotta make sure we take care of it! Otherwise, we'll get all the burnt stuff that nobody likes!
