It sort of means a couple of things. They really wrecked the colony for us, but people have been disappearing like crazy. And the PR guy who used to talk to us about the company and keep things organized has kinda gone into hiding, too. So it really just means stuff's going crazy and we're on our own to deal with it until it decides to stop. That's why this level's so messed up.
