What: PARTY TIME. Well, a party so Rin can actually make friends since she secretly complains about not having any!

[Cooking for a large amount of people is what Archer was all about. Might as well call him the Chef Heroic Spirit instead of the Blacksmith Heroic Spirit. This guy was a complete pro in the kitchen and completely without complaint!

Tons of food, cake, and nachos and cheese and salsa (don't ask). Serving it was left up to Saber since she was still probably under punishment. Either way, she had to make up for her issues in some way!

So for everyone here, they just had to chill out and wait for Rin to return home. Which should be shortly if she's not trying to be an absolute brat. Which, admittedly, happens sometimes.]

[She's not quite certain of what led to her given name; Ai didn't choose it for herself after all and for better or for worse, it described her personality down to a tee. It's not supposed to be a bad thing after all.]

[She listens to Ryuko's words and there's something really refreshing about them. Corny, yeah, but Ai is someone who can appreciate sappy and sentimental things.]

Good, and just so we're clear, I've already decided that we're friends, so don't screw it up! [ She says it jokingly, unaware that Ai might possibly take it to heart. Oops. ] You go to school here?

Friends??? A-Already?!

[WAS IT SUPPOSED TO BE THIS QUICK AND EASY??? She's so surprised she doesn't notice the question about school haha]

Well, you said it yourself, makin' friends ain't as hard as ya thought it was. And I said that you're gonna find friends, so don't make a liar outta me.

Do you mean what job I have?? Well, I did choose to be a gift wrapper...

They pay you just to wrap gifts? Geez, talk about easy money..! [ Like serving somebody a smoothie is so hard, Ryuko. Not to mention she gets funding as a student. But on the topic of that: ] What about the academy?

I like it! It's relaxing and I sort of get lost in the work. [There is an art to wrapping after all!]

Oh, but I'm 18. I don't think I need to attend the academy.

Yeah? To be honest, I don't even know why I go, myself. [ She has zero interest in learning, she basically goes for the funding and the fact that it's the only place where it's not weird to wear her sailor uniform... which she wears all the time. Even now. ]

18, huh? I have a... [ awkward pause. god this is so weird for her to acknowledge. ] ...sister, who's the same age as you. You're complete opposites, though.

Is that so? I have a sister too!

[kinda... sorta... sisters in the sense they were born at the same time so... yeah... cause by technicality she has way more siblings]

I think it's safe to say that most people are opposite of me...

Really? I'd have never picked that. [ From how meek Ai seems, it was almost like she grew up as a sheltered only-child. ] Well, I'm glad you're nothing like mine, or else we'd be brawling on the floor by now.

I guess you'd be missin' your sis pretty bad, though.

I think she'd enjoy herself here! And it would be less lonely if she and I were able to stick together and explore what this world has to offer. She's more energetic than I am and she's way more keen on speaking her mind to the point where it's really embarrassing and I don't know what she's thinking at all and...

Mine's... a real pain in the ass. But recently I've come to learn that underneath her facade, she has a kind heart. I just wish I could've known all these things before I wound up here... [ She didn't even know they were sisters up until then, so there are unresolved issues to say the least!! Ryuko's positive that she'll find a way to restore her world, though. ]
