[ If there's one thing that Leanne is at least absolutely delighted for when the technology finally stops malfunctioning it's that she no longer has to be cautious wherever she goes. Just the walk from home to work had turned into an obstacle itself, and it only got worse when robots at the hospital began to malfunction and nearly stabbed someone with their syringe.

So when news was announced that everything was working at it should, she was still, admittedly, a bit skeptical until she finally went outside and managed to walk down the street without getting attacked. Her mood does a complete one-eighty and it being her day off she decides that it's time to do a little window shopping, maybe she'll even look at something other than clothes.

—No. No she won't, because Leanne can't resist the sight of cute clothes.

And even if she doesn't buy anything, it doesn't kill to look.

She looks around the store, smiles and all, before she happens to notice a girl on the other side of the rack from her holding a piece of clothing to herself. ]

I bet that would look super cute on you.

[ Fighting off machines is just another day in the life of Supergirl, but for the first time since she arrived here, she's decided to just act like herself. Kara Zor-El.

There wasn't a time for Linda Lang here, but Kara... Kara would do. ]

You think so?

[ She raises an eyebrow at it—it's a cute top, but too loose to fly around at superspeeds with. Then again, she is pretty heavily nerfed, so... ]

Okay, you convinced me.

[ She beams a smile in the girl's direction. ]

There's a lot of cute stuff here, and I thought that I had already been to every clothing store they had. This place just seems like it gets bigger and bigger.

[ It's not, but in all reality Leanne just hasn't explored all that much. ]

Have you been here long?

[solarbeam]

[ Kara grins in response—she agrees, there's something new to be found every time she looks. It's one of the major perks of this place; she can't resist exploration, especially if it's fun. A superhero scientist can definitely appreciate cute clothing, yep. ]

A few weeks. But it feels like I just got here yesterday. [ She looks back to the clothing rack. ] You think they brought these in from some Earth, or are they Ceres brand name?

[ She's purposely saying "some Earth" as if there's more than one. Because she's definitely aware of more than one Earth, personally. ]

[ Yeah the "some Earth" part makes her tilt her head, both intrigued and confused. ]

Hm.. well, if they were able to bring us back, then maybe they took some things from our homes? I'm not too sure. [ She's thinking about this seriously. Too seriously. ] But everything else here is theirs, right? So maybe it's just their brand.

It's not too bad, though, a lot of their stuff is really cute surprisingly.

Yeah. I guess I expected space suits—even the stuff back on Krypton didn't have a lot of variety. Not compared to Earth.

[ She's flicking through skirts now. ]

This is so much nicer than grey body suits.

[ Sorry Clark. She remembers your camping clothing. ]

Space suits? [ She can't even imagine what that is?? She looks so confused.

Those grey body suits sound bad, though. ]

Did you go shopping often?

[solarbeam]

Yeah, whenever I had a break on my job. [ Which meant she had no idea when she'd be able to go out and have free time, and often it was cut short. ] Space suits... they're airtight pieces of protective clothing, so people can leave the atmosphere and go out into space without getting hurt.

[ She's never needed one, since she can just fly through space in her miniskirt but it's important to most people. ]
