☠Fifth Reel: The Adventures of That Redheaded Chick [OPEN]
Who: Grell/
redcinemareel & All of You Beautiful People!
When: IC date- Dec 3rd
Where: Various Places!
What: A day in the life of Grell. It's surprisingly boring?
Rating/Warning: Probably none, unless you make her angry.
Option A: Early to Mid-Morning
Grell was at CERES Gardens, walking her cats at one point, playing with them at another, and sometimes training them. Well, not really training, but refreshing their memories. When she was playing with them, she used just string or a tinfoil ball. The simple things in life. When she trained them, she gave pretty simple commands to begin with.
"Lay down," she said, pointing to the black cat. The command was obeyed, and a treat was given! "Such a good girl~!" Then she pointed to the white cat. "Roll over." It took some time, but the trick was done. Another treat! "Excellent! A bit slow, but you're always had difficulty with that one, didn't you." She gave her cat encouraging scratched beneath its chin.
Option B: Mid-Morning to Late Afternoon
She was down near various districts with a large populous, even near the metro station, passing out flyers for her lingerie shop. A new sale was going on, just in time for the seasonal rush! Unknowingly (or maybe she did know and just didn’t care), she handed out flyers in front of one of her competitor’s store. Of course, they didn’t like that at all!
A shouting match ensued, resulting in the shopkeeper taking out a crowbar and threatening her with it. Unfazed, Grell yanked it from their hands, tied it into a single knot, and handed it back to the stunned person who took it nervously.
"Any more complaints?" There was definitely a vigorous shake of the head from the shopkeeper. "Good!" She then gave them some of her flyers. "Hand these out, and don’t let a single one touch the floor! Thank you~!"
And with that, Grell resumed passing out her flyers. Will you take one?
Option C: Late Afternoon to Early Evening
At her favorite tea shop, Grell was taking a break from the activity of promoting her shop, and showing the competition just who was boss. She was enjoying some tea, scones, and a cucumber sandwich. The best way to reward herself! From time to time, she wrote in her notebook and reviewing previous pages.
As she was currently sitting in a booth near a window, there is an empty space across from her to sit, or just notice her from outside!

[It was okay. His life story isn't necessary.]
Ah~? I was trying to be inconspicuous. [She points to Polish with a light laugh.] Careful, she'll come home with you!

[ He lets out a soft chuckle. ]
And I'm observant. It's in my genes. My brother was once a world-famous detective, his wife is the same. Mom used to be a world-class— [ He cuts himself there. Too much real life. ] Lots of world class, really. But I didn't follow that route. I just got the genes.

[The question is out of left field, but she really has to know what precautions he might have taken prior to their meeting.]

I checked my place for bugs, but there weren't any. But I had signal jammers installed in almost every corner of my house, anyway.
[ He shrugs his shoulders, then just leans on a fence (hopefully there's one near him) ]
But that was obviously not enough. The information was well worth it, though.

I'd have to agree. The meeting gave a lot of insight, although one person in particular failed to see its merits.
no subject
[ A beat. ] And to whom are you referring?
no subject
[The people she wants to meet are just falling into her lap. Excellent.]
Her name is Rin, but I suspect she's not pleased with much of anything in life. [How does that girl even tolerate anything? She probably doesn't...]
no subject
[ He doesn't know her personally, but he knows at least what her name is since she visited his home. Ayumu doesn't even hesitate to say: ]
She's just acting that nothing fazes her.
no subject
[That Girl gets riled up at the teensiest of things. How is that not being fazed by the things occurring around her?]
no subject
I know those types of people.
no subject
[That didn't seem so different than anyone else, herself included sometimes.]
no subject
[ gotta be specific, madame. ]
no subject
Put up a facade towards strangers, or even comrades, just to hide our true nature.

[With a dismissive wave of her hand, she tried to steer the conversation back a bit.]
Now, about those jammers you were speaking of. How long did it take for you to assemble them?
no subject
I had to buy the materials, so an afternoon was spent shopping. The actual building took about a day to make.
[ Genius over here. ]

Allow me to pose a question: which would be better, scrambling a signal or out right blocking it?
no subject
[ He crosses his arms as he thinks about a proper response. ]
Scrambling a signal would have messed with the other pieces of technology in that room. Say, Totsuka's camera, for example. He wouldn't have been able to record the whole meeting properly.
no subject
Are you saying he recorded the entire meeting?!
no subject
[ Waving a hand dismissively. ]
Once he converts it or whatever, I'll be able to get a copy of it.
no subject
[Is this kid serious?]
I hope this doesn't become common place.

[She's so angry at this revelation.]
Does anyone else besides yourself and your friend know about this?
no subject
[ don't care, don't care. ]
The whole meeting was dangerous to begin with.
no subject
[She'll just have to remember to not go to any more of his meetings, or bring her scrambler.]
I retract my earlier question, as well as needing your assistance. [Gosh, this totally rubbed her the wrong way!]
