Where: Athena and Ryuko's apartment.
What: Ryuko wanted to do more girly things, so Athena decides to invite every girl she knows to their place for sleepover.

[ SLEEPOVER!!!!!!!!!

Athena has been excited for this for a few days now, and has been trying to get Ryuko to be as psyched as she is, but that sure didn't work.

Either way, a sleepover is happening at their place! There's five mattresses laid out on the living room floor (She's not sure how many are coming but she borrowed five from the gym, anyway), already set up with their own sheets. The pillows are stacked by the wall—there's really a lot of them—and some blankets by a small coffee table. The mattresses are pretty big that it could fit 3-4 people to sleep on them.

There's a projector sitting on the living room too, just in case people brought movies with them, conveniently facing the wall. (Probably just link the CereVice to it and it'll show whatever's playing on the CereVice, too.) OR IF YOU HAVE A KARAOKE APP...

Athena brought in some desserts from the cosplay cafe, so there's a lot of pastries. From three different kinds of cake (chocolate, strawberries and creme, and blueberry cheesecake); to red velvet cupcakes; to a buttload of macarons of all sorts of flavours; there really are a lot of sweets. if you arrive early, you might realise that it's just sweets, a bunch of chips, and soda bottles set on the table.

Where's the real food? Archer said he'll have Saber bring it with her, so that's a thing! And Athena thought they could order some delivery, too. Just so everyone gets to eat something they want. Oddly enough, there's also a plate of salt and lime on the table. Hmm, what for?

Well, no one has to look that hard enough for the reason. There's a couple of bottles of tequila and some shot glasses badly hidden in one of the cupboards, so pretty much everybody can see those. If anyone wants to start body shots drinking with people, then Athena won't stop them. It's a party! And law school gets just as crazy sometimes. Lord knows how much Athena wanted to try and socialise with her fellow budding lawyers, but was just awkward to do so. Thankfully, she's much better at breaking out of her shell now, otherwise, this party wouldn't even be happening. If there's anyone who tries drinking and they look like they shouldn't be (LOOKING AT YOU, MABEL), then Athena will come over and scold them like a mom.

So what else are you waiting for? Come in and take off your shoes, and make yourself comfortable! The bathroom is just down the hall, if you want to change into your jammies.

IF THERE'S A WILL THERE'S A WAY!!! All the ladies and Zura get in! ]

[A: An attempt at being sociable.]
[Blake wasn't exactly your typical girl. She's far more comfortable fighting or discussing strategy rather than attending sleepovers. It's just the sort of upbring she had. Still, she's there and dressed somewhat accordingly.

So Blake is... present, but doesn't particularly know what to do with herself? She keeps looking around, trying to pick up on what's been going on. She isn't all that interested in talking about gossip, and the alcohol doesn't interest her at all.

In the end, all she just makes attempt at conversation with whoever's nearby.]

[Okay, so right now, she's just having a moment to herself. She feels like she's satisfied some sort of requirement for socializing and has separated herself away from the rest of the girls. As best as she could, anyways.

So what is Blake doing right now?

[Ah Blake, well you're trying at least. Natalia is also trying and it's why she's very curious. There are plenty of loud personalities here but she is trying to get to know all types. Hence why she's sitting next to Blake and tilting her head curiously.]

That book must be quite fascinating!

Oh, how I wish that I had the time for leisure reading here.

[Natalia sighs wistfully at that before giving Blake a smile.]

I do enjoy it but I haven't set aside the time for it. It's rather neglectful of me.

Sounds like you lead a pretty busy life.

[Blake closes her book and sets it on her lap. She knows where she left off, wanting to instead give Natalia her attention.]

What sort of books do you like to read?

You can say that I like to keep myself occupied.

[But oh!! She put her book down. Natalia smiles a bit more brightly at that, appreciating the other girl's willingness to focus on the conversation.]

Mostly ones with plenty of adventure. My required reading at home is often rather dull, though rather important. Having something to break the monotony is refreshing.

I would read books over at the... academy I go to, as part of my classes. I didn't really think of them as dull. Just necessary. And even before I started to attend, I would try to read something every day.

But you're right, doing anything over and over again is bound to get boring.

[Which is why Blake reads stuff like "Ninjas in Love" whenever she has a private moment.

More or less. History of my country is something that I have to be well-versed in and I understand that everything else they teach me [diplomacy, foreign relations, basically things she can't say out loud] is very vital but well....

Can't blame me for wanting to curl up with a good adventure or romance novel on some days.

[ Yang already started a pillow fight, so they may as well get to get Blake to join in.

Accidentally.

Because the pillow that Athena threw towards some other girl ends up rushing towards Blake instead. Whoops! ]

[This book is looking really interesting right now and oh, there's a pillow to the side of her face. It wasn't like the hit was particularly impactful or jarring, but it was still a pillow to her face.

It causes her to drop her book, and look at the pillow once it falls on its own.

Blake then makes contact with the one she presumes responsible for this interruption. And the she reaches for the pillow...

The first punch had been thrown.]

[ She tries to apologise by nodding at Blake, but it doesn't seem like that did the message.

She grabs another pillow to defend herself. ]

[The time for apologies has passed, unfortunately. Her reading had been disturbed and this was not something she was willing to just let go.

Blake grabs a second pillow, having been left there from a previous fight.

Sufficiently armed, she... finally strikes! Swiftly tossing one of her pillows at Athena.]

[ That lands straight on her face, to which she lets out an "oof!" and even drops the pillow she was also holding. Although now, she's got two.

TIME TO STRIKE.

She throws a pretty fast one, and while Blake is (possibly) distracted from that, Athena runs towards her to hit her on the head personally with a pillow she's holding. ]

[The first pillow sent at her does get dodged, however, Blake was not expecting a second one right after. It was a clever tactic, actually, and oh she's just been bopped on the head with a pillow.

Fortunately, she always takes the time to make sure her ribbon is on tight so that it doesn't get loose.

Ah, but now with the shortened distance, Blake takes her remaining pillow and swings it at Athena's side!]

[ Perhaps unused to a roomful of excited girls who have consumed way too much candy (and possibly drank too much alcohol), Pyrrha finds herself retreating to Blake's side for a moment of quiet.

Her greeting, when it comes, is chirped out pleasantly. ]

Hello, Blake. Is it okay if I sit here?

[She looks away from the book, turning her head towards the familiar voice.]

Hey Pyrrha.

[Blake nods and smiles in return.]

Sure, it's fine.

What do you think of Jaune?

[ Pyrrha is the worst at this. Ever. Of all time. ]

[This seems like an odd question, and one that came out of nowhere.]

I don't think he's as smooth as he likes to think, and there's moments when I think he tries way too hard.

But he's still a good person, and his fighting has improved.

... Why do you ask?

[ Pyrrha knows Blake well enough by now to know that the young woman does not bother with half-truths or false flatteries, so she can take that answer as genuine. It tinges her smile with a bit more vibrancy.

When Blake turns the question around, however, Pyrrha doesn't hesitate to hold up her CereVice at Blake's eye level and show her the text in question. ]

[She reads over the conversation.]

Oh... so that's it. I don't think he has too much to worry about, honestly.

Have you asked anyone else?

[ Saber saw a girl sitting off all alone, and decided to come talk to her. Saber won't be sleeping at all, she doesn't really need to after all. But most of the people are up and Blake is here...alone... So have a fellow awkward teenager to talk to. ]

Huh? Oh...

[Blake sets her book down for a moment, turning her head to look at whoever was speaking to her now.]

It's not that. [It kind of is.] I just don't really know what else to do. I'm not usually around this many girls and I don't really have much I could talk about with them.

[She had been listening in on their conversations and... yeah.]

[ Saber tries not to be overbearing, or serious, but her expressions just sort of settle that way without trying. ]

There is plenty of food, have you tried it all yet?

[ Of course Saber has, it's like the best part of the whole shindig. ]

I've... tried some.

It tastes well enough, but I don't think I want to spend the rest of the night trying out all of it.

[ ...Blake, what is that blasphemy? Saber looks so very disappointed in you, but doesn't mention it. ]
