[FRIEND there you are!! He hadn't approached Hinata immediately after either party arrived, having wanted to give him time to enjoy the party some, say hi to all his other friends, maybe eat, but eventually the breeder seeks him out. Thankfully it's not to put a party hat on him, since he's not wearing one himself either, but he's still here to give him something. At one point.
