It'd be so great if we'd just stumble on the door out. I mean, I know it's too easy, but fighting all the time is really hard, you know?

There's always a chance to get glitched out, but I don't really want to wait around for that.

[He scratches at his bandage as he listens for the sound of monsters.]

Just keep an ear out. It'd be troublesome if you got hurt.

[And as the monsters start walking around the corner (they look kind of like ogres), Nice sighs a little bit.]

I guess I'll help this time. These guys piss me off, anyway.

[Are you helping just because they piss you off...?

Well, he can exasperatedly inner monologue about that later. For now he's staring at the ogres. He's really going to have to stab hard to get past that skin. In an instant, a hunting knife is in one hand, a revolver cocked in his other.]

[REALLY. Hinata's favourite thing is to not die.]

[Yeah, okay.

But Nice doesn't have any weapons!! Well, except for the wooden sword, anyway...but that doesn't really count.]

[LOOKS BACK AT HIM.]

...Just make sure you're following, yeah?

[Please don't ditch him to ogres. But he will actually go first, pushing off with his heel. Well, for a normal human he's pretty dang fast, flicking his gun up to aim and fire a few pinpoint shots.]

[He just wanted to see what Hinata was capable of at first, ok.

But when he sees what he's doing, he's going to put on his headphones and snap. Next thing Hinata will see is the monster being beaten up and falling over with Nice reappearing right next to it. He shakes his hand a little bit, before dodging another one of the attacks that're thrown at him.]

I told you I'd follow!

Is that really 'following'--?!

[Hinata splutters, while he thinks that this guy could just completely take down one of these things himself. With that ability... Hinata might have a lot of skills, but he still doesn't have any supernatural ability.

Well, except--] Wah-- [An ogre comes at him, lunging... but what looks like a thin shield of gold appears between Hinata and it, the sound of its fist thudding as it hits that little barrier. And Hinata cocks his gun, firing at each of its eyes before he catches it with his knife, dragging it down by the neck.]

Of course it's following!

[He took down one monster, okay!!

He gets kind of distracted by the shield, and his eyes get wide at this, before he nods in approval. Because clearly you need Nice's approval about this, Hinata.]

That's pretty cool. It's a little messy towards the end there, but still cool.

[He doesn't even notice the approval. :'( Too busy wiping ogre blood off of his knife... (Do it again Nice!! Give him all that approval.)]

M-- me fighting somehow always ends up messy...

[He doesn't have a lot of long-range skills so it's up and close and stabbity.]

[And he nods, shaking out his hands one more time before saying something:]

We should probably keep going.
