She'd been such an asshole that he was expecting to get something like that thrown at him again, and had been trying to come up with retorts in advance, but when that doesn't happen--well, he's struck for a moment, his expression changing into something confused and open.]

[Is he fine? It hadn't occurred to him to wonder in the heat of the moment. Leon takes a mental overview of how he's feeling, particularly in the foot area . . .

Heh, not like I was gonna leave you there! How'd you even get that thing after you . . . are they, like, programmed to go after you when you're rude?

[He can easily imagine her being rude to that thing, or anyone else, really.]

I wasn't rude to it without reason. That thing tries to grope me every time I try to turn it on and it's a massage robot.

Ah, I mean, not that that's cool or anythin'! If a guy's gonna get his face kicked in for that, a robot guy's no different! . . . There's massage robots? What kinda place is this?

Almost all of the electronics have been acting up recently... it's strange.
