If you are asking if there are monsters about, yes, on occasion. However, typically there are none in the city.

[ Lailah goes a little quiet at that, because he makes a point. She had been a bit too vague- but she didn't exactly want to startle others with sudden talk of 'monsters.' Especially if to give some unnecessary alarm in case there were none.

However, you cannot bank on that. While they never remain in the city for long, there are occasions when there are...monstrous creatures of some sort around. It is not safe anywhere here, whether in ViViD or in the city of Cerealia. Keep that in mind.
