[ Jaco rose into the air with the man's leg, hanging despite his grunts. Eventually the human may feel a sudden weight drop off with a THUNK as the alien finally slipped off of his foot and onto the ground. ]

How embarrassing! CERES better apologize for this! And I better get twice as many credits!

[ The patroller rose to his feet and dusted his little labcoat off. ]

I am okay... Are you alright? Most humans would have had their legs turned to noodles from my elite strength and grip!

[ What a funny guy. He feels stiff, from all the hugging and the restraint he'd had to use to not engage in something more than awkward arm-looping, and he rolls his shoulders as he tries to get a little bit more distance between himself and the little alien.

Turns out that Jaco's not kidding, he did have a great grip. ]

I managed. [ Not much of a conversationalist, is he... but he seems mild enough, and even slumps forward so that the little guy won't have to crane his neck too far up to talk to him. ] If it's your job to protect the universe, then I don't expect you would be the type to try to kill me with your grip.

Unless I'm wrong about that.

[ Which was perfectly fine, because Jaco could vainly bluster out enough conversation for the two of them! His joints seemed to lock up in restraint, but aside from that it seemed the alien was able to resist jumping into another steel hug. Once he had a chance to properly see the human, he seemed to pull a frown. Why were earthlings so frustratingly tall? 'Least this one was making an effort to reach his level. ]

You don't seem like a criminal. We're both victims of this place anyway. I only crush those that I know to be bad troublemakers! That, or I use this!

[ He jerkily and awkwardly forced his arm to shift and pat against the holstered laser on his hip. ]

I... Well actually I can't. The last time I blasted someone I- well never mind that. You can trust that if you have a virtuous heart, you have nothing to worry from me!
