I've never heard of "demons" before. Describe it.

We've developed physical forms as a defense mechanism. And only Gems created through special means are Gems. Any old rock on Earth isn't special.

[ He hums a little. At least that explanation makes enough sense to him.. so they're special kinds of gems that have the power to tkae on those forms. Sure, he knows it's probably not a thing in his own world, but anything is more interesting than humans. ]

Demons are..

They're different from humans. Even if I look like this right now, I actually have a more demon-like form! And they have special powers and live longer than humans.. they're practically better in any way, really! But since humans hate that and get jealous, they try to kill us.
