[ Nonon would have been happy to be the knight in shining armor here, protect her lady's dignity while Mitsutada stayed back. But apparently he feels the need to fight just like she does, so there's little she can do, or really wants to do, to keep him from joining her. ]

Just don't upset my tempo, Katana-san.

[ Of course, Nonon still has a real transformation if she needs it. Her Uniform as it is gives her incredible speed and strength, but her strongest weapons are when she transforms into her Symphony Regalia. For now, she's certain this should be enough.

She meets one of the nurses approaching her with a duck out of the way of an impending needle, only to spear one of the creepy nurses right through her midsection. ] Sorry, I'm not a big fan of sharps.

[ Not upsetting her tempo... well, he can try and do that. Being a seasoned fighter, he's had to adapt his style to many different comrades. Just give him a bit of time to observe. ]

[Honestly, Mitsutada is impressed. Nonon hasn't showed him how she fought before, so this is all very eye-opening to him. She moves faster than most humans could, and yet she is a human herself... was it training that did this? Or magic? ]

Sharps? You mean you'll flatten them?

[ Or does that mean something to do with hospital tools...? He's seen them written on some boxes. But why would anyone keep symbols there? ]

[ Nonon can't help but turning up the volume and frequency of her musical puns when a fight starts, it's just who she is. She lives and breathes music, and she likes hurting people to the soundtrack of trumpets and drums.

She dances out of the jab from another nurse, bringing her baton down on the oversized needle's chamber, slicing through it like she had her own sword and not just a baton. With her uniform she's no mere human, and when she throws a mean punch, pulled all the way from behind her and follows through until she's on one foot, sending that nurse crashing through half a dozen others, it's clear she really is strong. ]

Now you're catching my tune, Katana-san~.

[ Of course, she thinks that he's actually caught on with her musical puns and not the medical ones. ]

[ Mitsutada's caught on to her music puns, that's for sure - but his own lack of musical knowledge means he can't think of replies all of the time.

He notes the amazing slicing abilities of her baton with a satisfied nod. So, superhuman strength, he can work with that. With music abilities, wit, and now this - it's clear to him now that Nonon is an exceptional human. ]

I'll march to your beat, of course.

[ Let's hope that one passes her grade. Mitsutada doesn't say any more, though - executing a side spin to neatly bisect a couple of nurses surging at them after Nonon's punch sends the main line down. ]

[ Watching Mitsutada's skill in taking out those nurses has Nonon raising a brow. She's used to seeing a swordsman skilled in the art of kendo, but the real thing is eyeopening. Not that she has interest in the art of swordfighting, she can admit that it's definitely a useful skill to have.

It's a good thing he's now one of her underlings and dedicated to her service. As far as Nonon is concerned anyway, and that little pun of his seals it.

Driving her own baton through another nurse's midsection, she deftly plucks it out again, spinning on her heel, bradishing the weapon with a 'fwip' through the air, staring down the last of their opponents. ]

It's time for the Doctor to be treated to a jaunty and cheerful finale I think.

[ The touken danshi are one step above mere swordsmanship, in fact - being the spirit of the blades they wield, they shared a much deeper awareness of movement and precision than any human would have. Of course, Nonon was about on par due to her own Uniform - which made them both superhuman.

Definitely useful in this sort of mass brawl. ]

Let's give him a good funeral... [ QUICK WHAT'S THE WORD ] hymn...!

[ Most of the nurses are down, leaving the doctor relatively unguarded. He could lunge forward and shred the monster's tentacles - but first, he's going to see what Nonon's aiming for. ]

[ Well, one could say that Uzu and Satsuki are both swordsmen of a superhuman caliber with their own uniforms, but it would be impossible not to admit there's definitely differences in how he moves compared to Nonon's compatriots. But she's not about to stand back and watch. ]

Ohoho, that was a close call, Katana-san. Just make sure you make it loud and attention-grabbing!

[ As if it weren't already clear that Nonon prefers to do things that way. And with a nod at the other, she rushes forward, her speed increased to almost a blur, dashing past the doctor before he even knows what's happening. With a flourish her baton swishes through the air, and a moment later the doctor falls to his knees, the stubby things they are, crying out in pain where Nonon had slashed him. Leaving him completely open for the finishing blow! ]
