Whoa--!!

[ He was not expecting that! And his eyes go wide when it happens, as he jerks his hand back, too. He stares at his palm for a moment, then his attention turns back to Link. ]

A glitch? For real? [ He makes a very uncomfortable noise, and a face to go right along with it. ] Y-Yeah, no, it didn't hurt. Just...

[ He looks over at that trash can... reaches down, and his hand goes right through it! But when he tries again, it doesn't. ]

That... is really, really weird, okay?

[Link gapes at Yosuke's ethereal hand and doesn't know what to say. What are you... supposed to do in this situation? This doesn't feel good. Link doesn't like this feeling. He doesn't know what's going on, or how to help him, or how to fix it.]

Can... Can I see it again?

[The only thing to do is... try to learn. That's how he's tackled these situations in the past and that's all he can do now, too. He looks up at Yosuke, his childish face making the question sound more sweet and innocent that Link really is, as he holds his hands out.]

[ Dude, if Yosuke knew how to fix it, he would be working on that right this very second! But as it is, it not only seems completely intermittent, but also like something he can't do anything about. And geez, if that isn't unsettling...!

He pretty much double-takes at Link's request. ] Wh- seriously?! [ But he calms down in the next instant, with a sigh and a small shake of his head. ] Well, okay, sure. But...

[ So he reaches out, puts his hand in Link's-- Nope, actually, he doesn't, because it glitches right through. Yosuke shudders a little. ]

Oh man, how creepy can it get...!

[Link is trying to contain his own anxiety as he watches Yosuke's hand phase straight through his, but he's also staring down at it more firmly now - not looking away.]

It's... it's okay. Just relax.

[He tries again, trying to grab Yosuke's hand. Still doesn't work... so he moves his hands higher, past where his palm would be, to his wrist. Will this part be completely normal...? What would it feel like? An amputee's stump?]
