He's right, Luffy. We can't find a ship because there's no ships to find. There weren't even boats when it flooded. If there's an ocean, it's far outside the walls.

I do too, Luffy, but there's no point in building one if there's nowhere to sail it. Fishing, though. We can go to the pond in the gardens tomorrow and see if any of the monster fish survived the flood.
