![]() ViViD's usual worlds are unfortunately down for maintenance. While CERES' programmers work on getting it back up and running, all new entrees this round will be going through a different level than usual. Only a single world is accessible at the moment, a simple one entitled 'CERESLearn.' "What the $%@& is this?" you must be thinking. Well, it's simple! It's a study program, of course! CERES' advanced AI technology is here to make sure you learn and that you learn sexily. Whether or not you pay attention to the actual content is up to you, the player. Please enjoy it while it lasts. They're here to teach you a variety of subjects and also to make you feel vaguely uncomfortable all over. New arrivals and those logging into ViViD will first find themselves in a classroom with a new operator greeting them rather than Vidia.

Welcome to CEREALIA's latest intro post. For your convenience, we have compiled a post detailing everyone's usual arrival experience (which is not entirely applicable this round for reasons stated above^) and a FAQ that should explain everything in more detail. Please read them thoroughly before playing. Thank you! |

Here she is coming over now...!]
Are you alright? Um— Your injuries, and that... weird welcome...
[She's not wording things very well at all, is she.]
Would you like some help...?
no subject
Er— That is...
[ He trails off softly, feeling a little awkward in the face of kindness, and not sure what to say. ]
What do you mean by help, exactly?
no subject
[They might be more or less patched up, but it still doesn't seem easy to get accustomed to a new place when he's hurt like that.]
My father was a doctor... he taught me some of what he knew. If your injuries are still bothering you at all in the next couple of days, maybe I could treat them...? And, um... [The McKnight Burgers must be avoided at all costs...] If you've just arrived, it might be difficult to get your apartment set up and cook and all those things... But cooking and cleaning are some of my talents, so I might be able to help you with that..!
no subject
Help me?
[ Once he repeats it, that scowl intensifies. ]
Why? I don't know you.
no subject
Well, no... but we're in a similar situation. To be stuck in a place like this...
[She has to admit it's nicer than Zelien was, but that doesn't mean it's where she would choose to be if she could pick anywhere in any world.]
It's difficult enough as it is. So, if I can, I want to be able to help make it easier for people.
no subject
At the very least, it allows him to consider it. ]
...That doesn't mean you have to help.
[ He grumbles to himself, looks around (for Oz, certainly), but then his attention is back to her. ]
If you're a doctor of some sort, I'll accept that, at least.
no subject
[She is patient while he looks for the right arm of Shonen Exodia, and when his attention returns to her, she smiles.]
It looks like they've done a decent job of patching you up for the moment, but you'll want to keep a careful eye on things so they don't get infected... [1860s medical knowledge at its finest.] As long as we're very careful about it, you should be on the road to a full recovery quickly enough.
no subject
I know that much, at least. I'd rather not have to travel down the damned road to begin with, but I suppose even in the future, healing is slow.
[ Which he says with the air of this being terrible, inconvenient, and overall rude to his very existence. How dare you, CERES!! ]
no subject
Some things can't be rushed. Healing is one of them.
[Says the demon whose wounds hEAL AT AN ACCELERATED RATE. Maybe she's just as much of a shithead as Kaoru is after all...]
no subject
Ugh, it's not funny. It's terribly inconvenient, so I was just hoping there would be something better.
no subject
[She holds up both her hands in a pacifying gesture.]
He's a very strong, capable person, but he gets frustrated over this sort of thing as well... I can tell already, you're also a very strong and capable person, aren't you? So even if the situation isn't better here to start with, you can make it that way with your own two hands.
no subject
...Fine. [ He says it grumpily, but hey, acceptance is acceptance. ] I'd still rather it be fixed up quicker, though.
