![]() ViViD's usual worlds are unfortunately down for maintenance. While CERES' programmers work on getting it back up and running, all new entrees this round will be going through a different level than usual. Only a single world is accessible at the moment, a simple one entitled 'CERESLearn.' "What the $%@& is this?" you must be thinking. Well, it's simple! It's a study program, of course! CERES' advanced AI technology is here to make sure you learn and that you learn sexily. Whether or not you pay attention to the actual content is up to you, the player. Please enjoy it while it lasts. They're here to teach you a variety of subjects and also to make you feel vaguely uncomfortable all over. New arrivals and those logging into ViViD will first find themselves in a classroom with a new operator greeting them rather than Vidia.

Welcome to CEREALIA's latest intro post. For your convenience, we have compiled a post detailing everyone's usual arrival experience (which is not entirely applicable this round for reasons stated above^) and a FAQ that should explain everything in more detail. Please read them thoroughly before playing. Thank you! |

No, no, it's quite alright! I'll catch up easily, as soon as we have a minute without harassment...
[He says as he frowns in Hilda's direction, mercifully while her back is turned and she isn't inspired to come back and do a split in front of them or something.]
no subject
Please lady, just let them be nerds in peace...]
no subject
Miss Hilda, if you don't mind? [This he says as he quite blatantly just flips his pen off the desk, away, so far away. She'll definitely go back to get it for him so she can do it in a bendy way, and Reim would be content to ignore this if- if she didn't sort of flicker on the way there. In a lower voice, to his note buddy:]
... Perhaps you should hurry with those, after all.
no subject
Just what is going on here?
no subject
However, it appears our hosts have not been entirely honest about the true nature of our tutors. [...] We may want to leave.
no subject
[She puts down her pencil and closes her notebook. Having been a good student back home, it felt a little bad to ditch a class in the middle of it, but it's not like Hilda had been really teaching them anyways. If she really was more than an uncomfortable, potentially non-human teacher, Sakura could feel bad about it later.]
Besides, we probably won't be learning anything of value anyways.
no subject
[But will they be reported, or- something like that, for ditching in the middle? Hilda is easily occupied, but who knows if she suddenly develops an intensity for rules when someone is trying to break them-! Reim settles back in his seat and feigns looking busy with his notes, again. On some level he might be taking this too seriously, but on another, the woman flickered out of existence, so.]
We'll draw less attention if we leave separately. [He glances at her with a look he hopes conveys that he's not going to anti-ditch... he'll be there, really.] I will meet you at the end of the hall.
no subject
Ah— okay. [She nods. It's a little nerve-wracking to go out on her own when she understands so little of what's going on, but his plan is sound. He was nice enough to offer his notes in the first place, so surely he'll meet up with her like he says, right? So she gives a small smile in return.] I'll see you soon then.
[Standing up, she mumbles something along the lines of "Excuse me, I need to go to the restroom!" just loud enough for Hilda to hear. (In the end she can't bring herself to straight up ditch....) There's no time for their fake tutor to stop her as she quickly makes her way out of the classroom and goes to the end of the hall.
Now, to wait.]
no subject
[Rather, he gives her one last nod before she leaves, and then he looks at the notes again. After counting to 20 and making sure Hilda is looking at someone else, he simply gets up and leaves... he's quite good at blending into the background when he wants to, and mercifully no one tries to stop him. Once he's out he looks around - which end of the hall, in retrospect that was vague of him - and heads over at a brisker pace when he spots her.]
There. Now, we simply have to find the exit... [until they're locked in for not popping an alien, but that's the next fun surprise.]
no subject
That shouldn't be too hard. [A beat. She's reluctant to admit it, but she feels like this might be worth mentioning.] Although... Honestly, I don't even remember how I got here. Do you?
no subject
I... [oh] Now that you mention it, no. It was very sudden, wasn't it— but every building has to have an exit somewhere.
no subject
Right. We had to have come in from somewhere. [They can think about this later. Escaping is the priority now!!] I'm sure it won't be too hard to find.
no subject
Right. [a nod!! he's determined. how long will it last.] If nothing else, we'll put distance between us and- her. Shall we?
no subject
[and off they go?! how long will it take for them to realize that there really is no door leading to an exit... or how long before they run into a tutor-turned monster bug more like.]
no subject
Did you see, just now-?
