![]() ViViD's usual worlds are unfortunately down for maintenance. While CERES' programmers work on getting it back up and running, all new entrees this round will be going through a different level than usual. Only a single world is accessible at the moment, a simple one entitled 'CERESLearn.' "What the $%@& is this?" you must be thinking. Well, it's simple! It's a study program, of course! CERES' advanced AI technology is here to make sure you learn and that you learn sexily. Whether or not you pay attention to the actual content is up to you, the player. Please enjoy it while it lasts. They're here to teach you a variety of subjects and also to make you feel vaguely uncomfortable all over. New arrivals and those logging into ViViD will first find themselves in a classroom with a new operator greeting them rather than Vidia.

Welcome to CEREALIA's latest intro post. For your convenience, we have compiled a post detailing everyone's usual arrival experience (which is not entirely applicable this round for reasons stated above^) and a FAQ that should explain everything in more detail. Please read them thoroughly before playing. Thank you! |

[Well, glad they've got that sorted.]
Some fear is healthy, however. It will keep you from being incautious. You aren't feeling anything wrong.

[This coming from the most stoic of them all...but he really does mean it.]
You will recover from your fear, but it is understandable as well. There is no need to be ashamed of it.

... Well then. That's really odd. He only responds to the thanks by nodding (if only because he's not sure how to respond otherwise), and then stands properly.]
First, you should focus on what you will need to survive. [It seems cruel with how young she is, but...this is necessary.] Do you know where you will be living?
no subject
... I think so? I was given a card...
no subject
That is good. [...] You'll likely be living alone, then. Are you able to take care of yourself?
[It's said rather candidly. Yeah, she's young, but he was young too and perfectly capable of living alone. So it's a pretty sincere question.]

I see.
[That takes care of the basics, then, he thinks.]
Unless you have more questions, I think that covers the most important information. [Relevant to her survival, anyway.]

I'm sure you'll get by, but if you have questions, ask them. [He may have answers.] I'm not attempting to get rid of you.
[You'll know if he is.]

Very well then. You should be safe now that you are no longer in that simulation. [...] For now, there is nothing roaming the streets.

It should remain this way for some time. [At least???]

There will be others, however. Don't let your guard down.
no subject
Thank you again. I'll be careful.

He'll leave her to it, then, turning on his heel to leave.
Okay bye, then. Take care, small child.]
