Teeny Weeny String Bikini [OPEN!]

Where: Indoor waterpark in the Entertainment District
What: An indoor waterpark adventure! It's like a beach episode in the middle of the winter! Basically, Nonon wanted to go with just Ryuko but suddenly more people were invited than she intended. Now the word is out, it's not longer a private date for the two, and instead filled with friends, food and swimming!
Rating/Warning: None so far!

It all started with a simple text message to Ryuko. Nonon had found a bikini she wanted to wear and heard about an indoor waterpark in the Entertainment District that is heated in the wintertime. And what she had secretly hoped to be a day out between her and her sister's best friend that she might or might not be feeling some sort of unresolved tension with, suddenly grew bigger when she was told to invite Athena. Soon more and more people were invited until it was a small crowd all planning to meet up at the waterpark.

And what a park it is!

With a giant heat lamp in roof overhead it's almost like being at the beach in summer! The change of temperature as soon as you arrive is almost staggering. The heat is a nice change of pace though from the snowstorm that had hit earlier over Christmas, making it all the better reason to rip off your clothes down to your swimsuit and enjoy a day in the water!!

There is plenty to do:

A wave pool!

A hidden grotto

Chicken fights!

Just be careful around the little robotic crabs that move around, as the self-cleaning systems. There's rumors that if they were all to come together in one place they might form into a giant dangerous crab robot that would need to be battled, in some kind of... Crab Battle. So don't do that.

The park closes at 9:00pm, and the sun slowly turns off with sundown, so enjoy a romantic evening lit by underwater lights.

[Rei looks up and smiles, propping herself up on her elbows a bit so better address Anna. It wouldn't do to just chatter away.]

Anna-chan, of course I am. Ryuko-chan invited me. [And who could miss Lee...]

And do you think it's dangerous? I mean, it's only water, and I can swim?

[ Athena does some quick arm stretching exercises, and then moves on to her legs. ]

Give me a minute!

Good thinking, Athena-san! [Lee gives her a thumbs up, and he starts going through some similar stretching exercises.]

[I don't know if I'd say that-- But all right. Seeing how serious Lee is, it wouldn't be right not to give it his all either. And it's not like he's not going to be a good swimmer, either.]

Do the count for us?

[ Hearing it the second time really cleared things up. That's such a nice thing to hear! Though most of Athena's energy has been drained by the day; it's why she's relaxing in the grotto. Normally, she'd give a big reaction to being told that they were happy to meet her, but all she can do now is cry. ]

Ha ha! They just came out on their own!

You're welcome! As payment for my act of good charity, you should totally buy me sorbet.

[Rei does recognize the girl, and it's not hard to put two and two together. The constant bickering and arguing between Ryuko and the shorter girl was hard to miss. And it prompted a response, given how annoying those texts had been.]

Jakuzure-san, yes?

[ It doesn't take long for her to warm-up. Once she's done, she moves over to give Lee his own space and walks over to another track (or however they call it in swimming). ]

Ready when you are!

Oh? Ryuko-san? Or her little pet?

[Nonon is not high on her list of people, okay?]

As I said earlier, I'm a heroic spirit. I'm more akin to a human than a ghost. Yes, before you ask, I did die before I got to this position.

Both, ironically. The pink haired brat being the target here. But Ryuko tends to get a distinct flavor of dislike when I do anything nice for her so I try to make that part of my everyday also.

Hm? So you know about that lad too?

I suppose we know each other well. [He killed Shirou twice. Twice. Talk about a relationship here.] Though I won't consider him a friend.

[Chatting's a nice break from the sound of the river lapping at the sides, the occasional vibration of the inner tube as it bonks lightly against an edge. Speaking of--

Hinata shifts a foot to keep himself from going too close to the side.]

Yeah... they're definitely more of a thing in the West, but I know there're a few around Tokyo. Not that I've ever gone, I've only been to a regular pool.

[Gundam is so tough. He's big and sturdy and went head-to-head with the biggest guy in their class without dying and-- okay so he's kind of a ween in spite of all this, but still. Kuzuryuu's fairly confident that he made the right choice in base here. If nothing else, they won't go down easily or quickly.]

Damn right I am! [That's quite enough of taunting, he thinks. Time to actually put some fight in this chicken fight. Kuzuryuu lunges forward, aiming to grab Nonon's shoulders so he can either push her backwards or start grappling with her.]

[He's assuming (and hoping for) the latter, but hey, he's not going to complain too much if that's all it takes to knock her off and win.]

[He's the toughest you don't even know. Oh the stories he could regale you with about battles he's participated in and dominated--!!

For now though, he's going to focus on this battle. Continuing to look tough is on the agenda, along with holding fast to his partner as he lunges. There's also some sizing up of the competition going on since it's not like he's allowed to do much more than that. You take out your tiny rival, Kuzuryuu.

He's going to wonder what makes Ryuko a good choice for a base. Other than the fact she's got confidence.]

Hah, yeah that's her alright. [He definitely agrees with that sentiment. Nonon is absolutely that type of person, he sees zero lies there.] Miss Center of Attention.

[Despite his words, his tone isn't actually all that harsh. He does like the girl, in spite of some of her more annoying character traits. He wouldn't have agreed to the invitation, otherwise.]

Some relaxing day off for you this must be turning out to be then, huh?

[That...jerks Rei upright, and she scootches closer to Athena with a worried expression. That's not the reaction she'd expected, not at all.]

Athena-chan, what's wrong?

Well she is a little bit prickly, that's for sure.

[Total agreement.]

Who's the brat though? I haven't been introduced yet.

A self-proclaimed lover of music. Judging by her voice, I doubt I'm going to listen to what she conducts.

[Her voice is ridiculously annoying.]

Nonon is the name, I believe.

Ahaha! But let's not talk too much about her behind her back!

It's still a relaxing day, all things considered. Nobody's tried to shoot me out of the sky, so it's not that bad.

[Nanoha's idea of a vacation was one where she blasted people for fun, rather than blasting people on the job. Were traincations a thing? Training vacations?]

[Rei mirrors the gesture, her foot gently disrupting her momentum.]

I went to one of these once, when I visited Korea. But, I am sure there are a few in the Tokyo area. Not...that I've had much time.

[A pause.]

Where are you from in Japan, if I can ask?

[it was fun to stroll into the water park with Rei, the two of them dressed in sexy swimsuits and practically hanging off each other. Rei had been surprisingly clingy lately, and Minako knew it had to be because she'd been alone for a month.

but it was nice. she kind of likes this Rei. or perhaps he likes being needed so desperately. it seems almost intimate when it's just the two of them. not that Minako doesn't miss the other girls. but this... this was different. and different was interesting.

her eyes sweep over the park, feeling the thrum of the excitement in her own body. everyone was having a great time!]

I can't believe they have a water park open in the middle of winter! It's even hot!

Vivio, cloned from an ancient dead hero in an effort to gain her power? Or Einhart, a descendant who had somehow inherited the memories through her bloodline? Probably the first, at a guess, but... Well, Nanoha treated all of them the same way she treated everyone else, so perhaps it really didn't matter?]

Dead or not, you're here now, and I guess that's the most important thing, right?

No, it's very self-explanatory. Someone who became a hero and lives on after death in legends and deeds.
