![]() It's been a whole month without any new arrivals. Who knows why? If you ask CERES, they won't bother with any in-depth explanations. They will simply claim that none of the code out there has been responding to their recovery methods, so they had to rework a lot of their technology. However, after several weeks of grueling work, they have finally experienced success! A fresh new batch of faces is coming in, and to celebrate their arrival and the real upcoming holidays, CEO Julius Vincere has arranged for a Christmas-themed carnival for all to enjoy. Those who arrive will wake up in Cerealia and be given a long, boring explanation and powerpoint as per usual before being ushered onto a bus (there is no escape. The robots will force you onto the bus one way or another). You will be unwillingly carted to the theme park where you will be immediately assaulted by a giant array of lights followed by several rides that you can enjoy. After you disembark from the bus, one of the snowman robots will be waiting to give you tickets to the rides and show you around as part of the Grand Opening. The amusement park will remain open for the rest of the month of December so anyone can visit as they please. The first couple tickets will also be on the house for new arrivals, but the rest will have to be bought with credits, so choose wisely! (Or try and sneak into the rides -- then face the wrath of the snowman robots and their snowman firearms :D)

OTA!
[Everything's come with an odd feeling of deja vu. Although it's a specific kind of deja vu involving unsettling movies and spanking robots, but that's neither here nor there.
Right now what's here is him, on a bus, with the apparent survivors of his and several other people's worlds.
If he sees someone he knows from his world, he may give a normal greeting; otherwise, with people he doesn't know, he'll just casually try breaking into conversation.]
Has this sort of thing ever happened to you before?
[[If we're just accepting that there's multiple worlds, why not assume they've been destroyed and remade before?]
[B. Refreshments]
[He's avoiding the rides - not out of suspicion, per se (but he may be growing some after hearing from the people who actually went on them) but do to a fear of heights. He'll be hovering near whichever ride Trucy is on at the time, often looking on in concern.
You can also find him trying to look for and acquire some refreshments. And maybe checking out any souveneir stands?]
[C. Phase II]
[There's just one attraction that Phoenix decides to check out the Christmas funhouse. This one involves his feet staying firmly on the ground, after all.
Then all of the horrors are happen and a grown man's screams echo through the house.
Just like that, it's all over. And Phoenix is looking around frantically, trying to find any trace of what he just saw.]
Did you... Did anyone just see that?
[He glances around desperately, looking at the mirrors.
Those mirrors were all broken a minute ago. I saw it. Maybe they're hiding some kind of passage...?
After staring one mirror down for a moment, he tries to charge at it to see what happens. What happens is that he slams into the mirror and falls over, grumbling in pain.]
a;
Unfamiliar men talking to me? Once in a while.
[i.e. being a little shit. Sorry, Phoenix.]

That- that's good to know? But I kind of mean more in the sense of waking up on another world...

C!
Cue: many gunshots shattering some of the mirrors in a vain attempt to slow down the figures. She doesn't seem perturbed by them, or at least not until she hears an all-too-familiar scream in the distance.
Soooo, she might be taking this a bit more personally than that of a mere samaritan, as she soon unsheathes her blade, taking to viciously hacking away at them.
Nothing. Damn. Yeah, watch a headstrong young woman get knocked around by a bunch of ghosts. A+ for effort, tho.]

What, being forced onto a bus? Because I'm pretty sure entire planets can't be destroyed twice.
[there's a pause as he takes a moment to rethink that answer, and then he gives a small shrug]
Unless it was destroyed and then brought back once before. I s'pose I can't discount that possibility. As unlikely as it is.
no subject
It getting destroyed again sounds about as likely as it getting destroyed at all... same for being restored. But I guess I also meant... if you ever happened to be in another world for any reason?

Athena runs over to him, with a stick of cotton candy in her hand, and one map of the park on the other. It looks like she's gone shopping already, too, since she's wearing a visor cap of the park, and there's a flag sticking out of her pocket. ]
Boss, I didn't know you came here too.

...Similar enough.
[Been there, done that, worlds destroyed and restored again, though Riku was more involved with former than latter, much to his chagrin. With Sora out and asleep (or maybe even dead?!), there is only him right now though, so, while he is not a hero like his best friend, he'll still do what he can.
How different can those Flamines be from the Heartless anyway?]
no subject
Phoenix glances towards the gloomy kid in concern.]
Similar? Is it alright if I ask more about these... similarities? [He's trying to tiptoe around it sensitively. But information on a similar experience could be helpful if it could be applied to the here and now.]

sorry a little late!! - A
He finally turns to the man, slight frown on his face ]
I've never even seen anything comparable to the thing we're currently sitting in - a bus, I believe I heard somebody say.
[ Basically, Erwin should still be riding his horse into battle to rescue one of the most important members of his entire corps... not sitting on a bus headed for Hell and listening to everybody attempting to carry on a conversation. He should be trying to figure out the best way possible for himself and his Captain to return home, to return where they belong, not engaging in conversation himself. ]
