[Dotanuki turns when he hears someone say his name and is more than a little surprised to see the daimyo and former sword master, Date Masamune, standing in front of him. He stares for a second, not quite registering the peach colored badge on Date, too.
When it does hit him, he puts a hand over his eyes, sighing.
MABEL....
He lowers his hand and shrugs.]
Yeah. You're Shokudaikiri and Ookurikara's former master, Date Masamune, aren't you?

[This is more than awkward, with his supposed assigned partner being less than happy with the arrangement as well.
He's not too concerned with finding love here, so it doesn't really shake him that much.]
Anyways, I have no idea why we've been chosen, but we might as well make the best of it.
