a.) i want to play a game (text)

[After the heavy damage and loss, Leia's practically made it a routine to help out where she can: the school and the apartments especially. She knows how important the Residential District is, though she'd be lying if she didn't spend her fair share of time at the Game Center, too.

On the seventh, it's no different, though she finds a slightly different way to help than the usual.]

hey!! （‐＾▽＾‐） wow, everyone's been working so hard lately... look how far we've come! don't forget to rest. if u need a break, stop by the gardens this afternoon for a surprise!

it's also my birthday, if youre into that sort of thing.. but you'll have to find me first (○ゝω・○)ﾉﾟ+.☆ see you there!

b.) it's a trap! (action)

[For those intrigued enough to come, or even just passing by, they'll find that the gardens aren't quite as pretty as they were before. Nevertheless, the amount of collaborative work so far is obvious. New flowers are budding, pathways repaired, and it's all good enough for Leia. She doesn't need anything elaborate like Natalia's party was; this will do.

A long picnic table is set up, and on top of it is food. Three large pizzas with various toppings, all kinds of flavored chips and dips to go with them, and at the center of it all, a mysterious cake that doesn't actually say anything about her birthday. Predictably it's chocolate, with your standard frosting, decorative flowers, and only two words on its face: "Almost There." Next to the cake is a large knife for cutting it, as well as paper plates, plastic utensils, and a small note propped up like a name tag.]

[. . . but where is she? Feel free to set off to find her, or simply mingle among yourselves and enjoy the free eats.]

c.) where's waldo? (action)

[Deeper into the garden (but not too deep), it won't actually take too long to find Leia; it might just take a little effort. If your character is the type to look high, they might spot her in a tree (don't be surprised if she falls out of it); or for others who want to stick to the ground, they might notice a fast-moving shadow move behind a tree, or a rustling of leaves behind one, if it's particularly big.

If she knows you, she might just might pop up in front of you to yell "BOO," just for kicks. So much for the chase.

Be creative! Or let me make shit up as I go. Your choice. Either way, any characters taking this option will receive a little something for their troubles.]

d.) walking on the wild side (any)

[Anything goes! I'm very flexible and open. You can catch Leia as she's setting up the table(s), or assume she returns to the table(s) after most of the food is gone, etc. if either of those options appeal more to you.]

(( ooc: just a note that leia probably won't be able to reply to option b! it's mostly for mingling purposes if you want it. ♥ ))

[The volume of his voice is still something she has to get used to, alas. But the sentiment is sweet nonetheless; she can't ignore it. She even laughs.]

[At this point, she'll struggle and stand on her own two feet . . . and she'll start picking up the presents.]

Come on. I'll find you a place to put all this down and maybe I can open some of them.

Very well, Leia-san! All of your orders must be obeyed on this day!

[So he'll follow along with her. Just be wary, Leia; some of those presents are exceptionally heavy.]

[SO SHE NOTICED... but after handling his weights, she feels like she can handle just about anything. Not well, mind you, but enough to make it to the garden entrance and find a small out of the way corner to keep everything.

She can't believe she's out of breath. Playfully:]

I don't even know where to start!

[Well, some of those presents might be weights for Leia herself!

Lee ponders her question seriously.]

Is that so?! Ah... Where does one normally start on a birthday?

. . . You should tell me. How about you pick a present and I'll open it first?

[She grins, wiping the sweat building on her forehead.]

Yosh! I will use my youthfly intuition to decide!

[He tosses all the of the presents in his hands high up into the air, then he holds out his hands just to see which box he manages to catch first.]

This is what it means to be young!!

Wait--

[Oh my god. At least this means none of them are breakable, though between her and Lee, they'd probably find a way. She gasps, flinching as the boxes start falling toward the ground.

Which one will Rock Lee catch? She can only watch through one eye.]

[Oh, there are some breakable presents in there. Let's hope the boxes they're in are thick enough....

Then Lee catches one box with a smirk.]

Ah! So it is this one...!

Here you go, Leia-san! I hope that you enjoy it!

[This one has a set of brass knuckles.]

[She takes the present once it's offered, staring kind of in awe after his little stunt. She has to smile in amusement, chuckling as she starts to tear at the paper.]

You really put on a show, you know that?

[She's certain she'll like whatever it is; confirmed by her audible gasp moments later when she finds the brass knuckles.]

[Rock Lee gives a proud laugh]

Thank you!! I... I just want the birthday of a dear friend to feel as special as possible. [He then catches some of the falling flowers and presents them to her alongside that.]

[Her hands are full, so he'll have to wait! When she spots the shine of the brass knuckles, she'll pull them out with glee to get a closer look.]

Aah, they look like dog paws! I love them!

[Then she'll put them on, making them look considerably less like dog paws--but she still feels great, because then she'll take a few jabs at the air, mimicking the way she's seen Jude do it.]

Yes!! I am so glad that you like them! [He watches how she jabs, impressed.] You are a natural. I believe that they will help you even more in combat!

I have a friend who fights with his fists.

[Leia declares proudly in a grin, nodding. She's learned a lot that way, even if it isn't her weapon of choice.]

Thank you so much. I can't believe you have more!

I am glad to hear that! No amount of gifts is too much...

Now, these next gifts form a set together!

[He stacks up several boxes and hands them to her.

They all contain jumpsuits.]

[She nearly topples over, but they're not all that heavy once she shifts her weight a little. She'll open the first one, setting the rest down to go one at a time.

A . . . jumpsuit?

[It takes her a moment, but she gasps.]

Oh!! For the gym?

[He nods eagerly.]

Yes!! ...And for any and every other occasion on which you may want to feel so youthful!

[When she opens the others and sees all the different colors, she actually seems even more delighted. The idea of a different color every day of the week is just so childishly exciting.]

This is great! I am totally wearing one the next time I decide to crash your class.

I am very glad to hear that, Leia-san!! May they help you to improve even more!!

[As she opens all the various colors, she runs her hand alongside them to feel the cloth's texture. She's smiling wide and though it's hard, she starts to fold them neatly so she can take them home and put them somewhere safe.

She does the same for other various, incredible presents of his.]

Did I miss anything?

[The presents are mostly a mix of training equipment, pretty things and random knicknacks. At the end, he shakes his head with a smile.]

You did it, Leia-san!! You got them all!

[Leia grins proudly at the confirmation, and of course loves everything she received.]

I'm going to need some help taking everything home! But hey, thanks again.

You got me the most presents out of anybody.

I- I did? Ah... I only wanted to honor the strength of our bond! And to make up for any birthday that I may have missed out on...

But do not worry! I can also help you to carry any number of these presents back home! You must not push yourself... on such a day!!

[She laughs. She already pushed herself to get everything ready, but it was worth it.]

We'll worry about it later.
