◤ THE GYM
[ Akane would have texted whomever offered to train her (sans Rock Lee who… probably lives at the gym) that she'll be there in a few minutes, and if they're free. Of course, if they are, they'll find Akane in a comfortable white t-shirt and pink jogging pants, running on the treadmill. Feel free to bother her and show her your worth! ]

◤ ViViD
[ feel free to start the thread with them meeting up, first! or they can just meet up in-game right away. for some options (re: otoge and raid), i'll be providing most of what happens in-game, unless of course, you'd like to contribute!! that's more than fine.

◤ a: IDOLS
[ for some reason, you and akane end up in an idol simulator game… this was not as planned. you're both in outfits with lace and frills, or even tassels and pretentious looking military outfits! the point is, you have to dance and sing your way through this game…

remember to pose like you've never posed before at the end of the song, too! ]

Oh no… I've never had to sing like this before. . .

[ while you and akane haven't been transformed into tiny pixelated 2d beings, it seems that you've entered a fantasy world where you get to play a certain class! akane has picked to be a mage gunner hence why she's equipped with a gun decorated with various tiny scrolls on it.

whatever class you choose to be - classic or may it be more modern class - akane looks like she's ready for battle. but first, gotta buy potions from the shop. ]

I admit, I'm not used to wearing something like this… [ but that's the least of her concerns, partner. ] Shall we go? We should check the bulletin board for missions, and buy some items from the shop.


◤ c: OTOGE????
[ somehow, you and akane wind up in front of what seems like a high school. there are npc characters everywhere, walking into the school, chatting noisily and laughing, as cherry blossom petals dance around the scenery.

suddenly, somebody bumps into both of you! a short, brown haired girl, wearing the same school uniform as you guys are. there's a black heart over her head - though what you may see may be different since her affections for you may differ from what feelings she has for akane - and she slowly gets up.

think quick! what do you guys do? these options appear before your very eyes.

[ congratulations! you've managed to actually wind up in a vivid game that makes sense to akane! it may not make sense to you, but… what can you do. despite this being a first-person shooter type of game, you can see akane! and she can see you! the only thing that's different is you can't see yourself… but at least she can' see herself either, it's okay!

she's equipped with a rather strange looking gun and her eyes are glowing sky blue for a little while before it turns back to normal.

what are you equipped with?

whatever it is, she'll check up on you first, gun locked and loaded. ]

Are you ready? I think we'll be fighting zombies in this game.


◤ e: ~*~ RAID ~*~
[ this is it! the big boss!!! you may have probably skipped all the other levels for some odd reason (thanks for being glitchy, vivid!) and now you're at the final boss. but thank god you have other party members with you! and some who aren't, and are playing the same game you are!

you know what your mission is: subdue the raid boss simurgh before it uses its special attack, dark explosion, on all of you! you'll all be goners and lose the stage when that happens! also, once subdued, the true final boss will appear.

akane has a pistol with her and an infinite amount of bullets. she also has a couple of items on her despite the game being glitchy, so she can at least toss a potion or two when it's needed! ]

I don't like the sound of this… I feel like my level's too low for this!

[ she's a level 66 out of 99. ]

Although she didn't expect to be in an idol game, so part of her is wondering what she did to relive this so quickly. At least she's kind of good at this (unfortunately).

[ she plays rpgs and other stuff, gosh!! not something girly like this... she's even a bit uncomfortable with the frilly outfit that she's been put in, but alas. what can she do? ]

I suppose it wouldn't be incredibly difficult...but I have never heard of these songs before.

[Hope Akane doesn't have a 7 year old boy just wandering around the place and seeing what the gym has to offer! While had gone to the gym a few times with his mother, he couldn't exactly go on any of the equipment.

Hello, Kashuu. [ she bows her head some. ] I'm ready.

Good, good! Let's get going, then! I made sure to clear out one of the side rooms by the dojo area so we could practice without being interrupted.

[Off he hops! And he'll turn on his heel, gesturing for her to follow as he leads the way out of the training room and toward the other side of the gym.]

[Saiduq's been assigned one of the more modern classes, it seems, judging from how...elaborate the weapon and wardrobe seem to be. There's a certain delightful irony in assigning him, of all beings, the class that reads from the heavens, and it is not lost on him at all.

Now the question of whether the class itself can do fancy things remains. It takes him a little bit to register that Akane's speaking to him as he continues to closely examine what he's wearing (it's...quite a change from his usual wardrobe, to say the least), but once he does, he blinks and gives her a smile.]

Of course. We should tailor our purchases to whatever mission we decide on.

[He might not have any experience in RPGs, but even he knows the importance of, say, bringing antidotes to fight a creature notorious for its poisonous attacks.]

Is there any type of assignment you would prefer?

[Fetch quests, delivery quests, hunt x monsters, hunt down a single notorious monster, etc...]

[ ah, that's a good question... akane's never really thought about it before entering the game, and only started considering what mission to do now. her objective in playing vivid was to see if there were any glitches, after all, and she would send out a warning to everybody if it still didn't function normally. akane may be a human with no supernatural abilities, but she's damn well unfearful of what consequences may come to her if it's for the safety of others. ]

I suppose we could hunt monsters. Though maybe we can do two missions? Something that's easy, and one that's more difficult.

[ because while that's a priority, she'd also like to see what she's capable of as a mage gunner. she may not show it, but she's curious and excited at the same time since this is a new experience for her! ]

[He nods. Working one's way up from easier tasks to more difficult ones makes a lot of sense.]

Elimination missions, then. As I am seemingly a...healer class, I will endeavor to support you to the best of my ability.

[His fingers gently skim across the bulletin board and then stop at a certain piece of paper detailing the targets the issuer wants eliminated.

...It's slimes of course, because slimes are typical low-level exp fodder, with their only defense sometimes being cute enough to distract players and make them feel bad for killing them.]

[When the girl had asked him to come with her, he had pretty readily agreed, no problem. She was cute, and she'd offered more or less to show him a new game. ViViD was fun, and more things to do besides that whack-a-Nazi game were always worthwhile.

But when they get to the class selection...he has to stop.]

[ Nanoha didn't choose the cannon life, the cannon life chose her. It's a bit disorienting to not really exist as anything besides an arm and a gun, and just a little strange to be in battle mode but mostly stuck to the ground besides a rather weak jump, but she's confident in her ability to adapt to any kind of situation. ]

Let's see.

[ She equips her main weapon, and out pops her Strike Cannon, a two metre long monster of a big goddamn gun. ]

No direct magic, but at least I still have this!

[ Here's an eel in a gym!! An eel that doesn't look very dressed to do some heavy-duty moving around, in his stupid layers and a different zip-up than usual; one that still goes up and over his mouth, is he getting these custom-made? What's even the deal with him, he's so weird.

Anyway. Said eel has made his way to the gym just as promised, and takes the long route around the room so he won't be sneaking up behind her as she runs on the treadmill. He knows how dangerous those things can be... ]

[ she immediately smiles when she sees adolf and clicks on the treadmill to put it to a stop. ]

I was just trying to pass the time. I've done some stretching earlier.

[ getting off the treadmill, she grabs her bag and stops in front of adolf. with a bow, she says: ] Thank you for helping me out!
