[ Welcome to the Little Sister Cosplay Cafe! Athena's rented the whole place (thanks for paying, Phoenix!) to celebrate her birthday, so there's a big signage outside in chalk which reads "De-stress party! Come inside!" So basically, anybody who checks the network should know what it means.

Upon entering, one will spot a bright yellow dessert buffet table, decorated with all sorts of yummy goodies that you can think of! It's a cafe, after all. The desserts are good.

When Athena spots you, she'll immediately bow and say "Welcome to the Little Sister!" and despite this being her party, you may find that she's the only one still in cosplay. Of course she can't ask her other coworkers to get dressed and serve anybody who comes by - they need some de-stressing, too! So it's just her as everybody's waitress and hostess for the day.

By one of the corners is a karaoke machine, and each table already has a menu on top of it. Feel free to order whatever you want! There's a wide selection of American, Italian, and Japanese cuisine, as well as some French desserts - although some are already laid out at the buffet table.

Come on, Cerealia! De-stress and cheer up again! ]

[Rei tugs Athena's hand and flashes a smile.]

And it's not important today. So. Tell me, what's your favorite dessert here?

[ she pulls away from rei to poke at her earring. ]

I like the chocolate cake with marshmallow icing a lot. I bring it home when there's extra stock and nobody else wants it.

Oh? Do you have some? I was thinking we could share a slice for your special day.

Maybe next time! I only ordered what's being served at the buffet table. I can get you a slice, if you like. It's chocolate cake, with meringues on top.

Oh! Well, then yes, certainly. But you have to eat some with me. I wouldn't feel right.

Okay. Just rest easy then, and I'll go grab some cake.

[ off she goes, and she ends up talking to some people first before managing to get to the buffet table. but she comes back with some cake moments later. ]

I hope you like this. It's a new one on our menu.

[Resting easily, Rei sits and waits patiently...and when Athena returns she beams.]

I'm sure it'll be fine. I've not disliked anything I've had here yet.

[And...the cake gets a hesitant bite. Is it good or comically bad?]

[Who can say, it might be hilariously bad and has salt instead of sugar...]

[ she's visibly red when she talks, too. ]

Ah. I mean...[She smiles slyly]

[Which...is new information, and the way Rei's heartbeat increases, it's obvious that it's new. She's practically singing about last night in her chest, because they finally said it to one another.]

[Rei presses the flat of her fork against her lips, repressing a laugh.]

I probably still wouldn't mean it the same way. Boys can be so lewd.

[She shoots a glance over at the blonde, and leans in.]

She said the L-word to me last night.

Oh, wow!

I'm jealous!

Well. I...[Rei blushes.]

I'm sure he'll say it in due time. But right now I can't believe it actually happened.
