[ Welcome to the Little Sister Cosplay Cafe! Athena's rented the whole place (thanks for paying, Phoenix!) to celebrate her birthday, so there's a big signage outside in chalk which reads "De-stress party! Come inside!" So basically, anybody who checks the network should know what it means.

Upon entering, one will spot a bright yellow dessert buffet table, decorated with all sorts of yummy goodies that you can think of! It's a cafe, after all. The desserts are good.

When Athena spots you, she'll immediately bow and say "Welcome to the Little Sister!" and despite this being her party, you may find that she's the only one still in cosplay. Of course she can't ask her other coworkers to get dressed and serve anybody who comes by - they need some de-stressing, too! So it's just her as everybody's waitress and hostess for the day.

By one of the corners is a karaoke machine, and each table already has a menu on top of it. Feel free to order whatever you want! There's a wide selection of American, Italian, and Japanese cuisine, as well as some French desserts - although some are already laid out at the buffet table.

Come on, Cerealia! De-stress and cheer up again! ]

[Rei...takes an awkward step back, bumping the table.]

Y-Yes...thank you. Now I feel silly...

[Minako stays put, not wanting to crowd Rei. she wouldn't make anymore of a scene than she just did. even then, she's not sure anyone noticed]

Just try the cupcake! [we can move past silly Rei, for Rei's sake]

It isn't! It just gets me every time!

[faithfulflame]

[Rei's grateful, reaching up and taking the cupcake, taking a tentative nibble. And smiling delightedly]

This is really good. Really really good.

[Recovered for the moment, she steps back closer, reaching for a second.]

You really are good at picking out sweets.

[idolater]

[a second one? good gravy! Minako really picked a winner]

Well, I've had a lot of them in my day! [she wags her finger, looking and sounding very much like Usagi in this instance]

[faithfulflame]

In your day?

[Rei chuckled and bumped the blonde with her hip again.]

You're starting to sound like an old lady, now.

[idolater]

[she bumps back]

We are kind of old. When you think about it. [Minako turns her gaze to look out at the rest of the party]

[faithfulflame]

[That gets another laugh, and Rei's free hand slides around Minako's waist, almost possessively as she too surveys the party.]

I suppose we are, at that. We have what? Almost a million years on anyone here, if you want to get technical. [A wry smile follows, tugging the corners of her mouth up.] But I'd say we look remarkably good for our age.

[idolater]

[that makes Minako grin again, and she leans in to press her cheek against Rei's]

We look the best! We'll make everyone jealous with our beauty!

[faithfulflame]

[If this was anyone else...she'd be squirming. But...now Rei relaxes against the blonde, nodding.]

We will. I mean, I know you being taken is just breaking the hearts of all the boys and girls around...

[idolater]

Well, I have the prettiest girlfriend, so they're just gonna have to deal with that alone. [she finishes off a plate of desserts and shuffles the empty plate under the full one]

[faithfulflame]

[Rei huffs a cheerful laugh and turns her face just a bit to kiss Minako gently on the cheek.]

I won't refute that. I expect we'll both be turning heads at the next big dance, don't you?

[idolater]

Ooh, a dance! [Minako makes a small hum in thought] That sounds fun. I wonder if we should do that for your birthday!

[faithfulflame]

Ah...you know...[That is coming up, isn't it?] I'd rather not have a big gigantic thing on my birthday, Minako-chan. Just something simple.

[Natalia's birthday had been a nightmare...]

[idolater]

[Minako's shoulders slump a little] But other people are throwing big parties. Just look at what Athena's done.

[faithfulflame]

Dear. I'm...not Athena-chan. [She nuzzles Minako a bit with her head.] I'd like a party, but a small one where I know everyone. It'll be more personal that way. And that's just as fun, I think.

[idolater]

[sighs. Minako's... actually not that surprised. of course Rei would want a small party. that was just her]

Okay. Small party it is.

[faithfulflame]

That doesn't mean we can't do things like dances though, you know.

[Rei elbows Minako a bit, teasing.]

And that doesn't mean that I don't want you to plan it. Just...I don't want to invite all of Cerealia.

[idolater]

There hasn't been a dance in a while though. [but there were probably places in the colony to go dancing. Minako had just never thought about it, before. and she likes the big parties where all of Cerealia is invited] Did you want to go dancing for your birthday?

[faithfulflame]

Well, we can go dancing somewhere. [Rei's seen dance clubs and the like, and she could stomach that for Minako.] And I wouldn't mind having dancing at my birthday gathering, because that's fun for people. I just don't want to do like Natalia-san did, because CERES turned her party into a mess.

So. We can have dancing, certainly. Or we can go to a dance club one night.

[idolater]

[hm, a dance club. Minako had wanted to take Ami to a club too, because she thought that might bring her out of her shell. but things had changed, and Minako didn't want to force Ami into doing anything she didn't want to do]

I'll think about it. For now, we can just plan a small get-together at our place... or a restaurant, or something.

[faithfulflame]

[Minako is a wonderful friend. She really is.]

Well...actually, Ami-chan suggested something outdoors, in the park. That way, we can have a lot more room, and not have to put in quite as much work with cleaning since the robots tend the park.

[Which she thought would make Minako happy!]

But beyond get-togethers? Really? I just want to make sure I'm able to spend my birthday with you. Her too...but especially you.

[idolater]

[ooh, an outdoor party! minako does like the sound of that. it's better than her club idea, anyway]

I'm glad I can be here for it! [because she's not even thinking about how CERES could separate people again]

[faithfulflame]

[Rei beams, glad for that. She'd liked the idea too.]

I'm glad too. More than anything, you know. [Leaning her head against the blonde's now, Rei huffs a happy little sigh.] And afterwards, we can have some us time too, I think. I'd like nothing better.

[idolater]

Some "us" time? [Minako's cheeks tinge pink, and she thinks about their steamy make out session from the other day. yeah, something like that, huh?] Yeah, we can do that.

[faithfulflame]

I'd hope so. [Red nails reach up to tap Minako's lip while the Senshi of Passion's eyes flash with amusement. She'd expected Minako to be all over that and she wasn't wrong. Granted she's not sure exactly what she means by 'us time' either but it sounded appropriate.]

And...on the subject of "us" time...I think we're going to need to invite Tadashi-san to my party one way or another. Don't you think?
