[In this nifty little space, I'm going to mention that Sousei and Tenka used the HOLO(gm) to make the entire apartment look closer to the shrine, complete with sliding screen doors and tatami mats. They tossed all of the chairs out the window and proceeded to get really low tables and cushions so that they could sit around as they normally do.

The kitchen is the only modern-looking part of the apartment because they realized that as much as they fail at cooking, what they have is already better than the kitchen of the shrine. They also bought a rice cooker because that's pretty important.

For now, everyone has their own room. Subject to change if this family gets bigger or they decide to knock down a wall to the next apartment over. Who knows, maybe that'll happen on accident.

Lastly, they kept the couch. Because Tenka liked it and he still claims to be The Rule.]

It's incredible that their noise has not drawn any further attention yet, honestly.]

[...okay, there is definitely yelling and banging happening in the apartment right now, and that's a bad sign at any time of day, but it's especially questionable at three in the morning. Nishiki isn't at all annoyed at having to get out of bed for this (or at least, she's not annoyed yet), and it's with a very sharp kunai in hand that she approaches the source of the noise. She looks around the corner of the wall leading toward the bathroom area, but—

—is that Sousei. Is that Tenka??

Nishiki's not even hiding anymore, she's just kind of staring at the two grown men tumbling around.

[Who can be expected to sleep through this sort of ruckus... certainly not this guy. With his hair a mess and his eyes still heavy with sleep, Soramaru isn't too far behind. When he reaches Nishiki, he gives her a questioning look before his gaze immediately goes to... the mess in the bathroom.

WHY... the sleep leaves his eyes in a flash and he's fully awake now, thanks, Responsible Adults.

A-anyway!! He needs to intervene right this second!!! Soramaru rushes into the bathroom, throwing himself between his brother and his master, both hands shooting out to grab Tenka by the shoulders in an attempt to hold him back.]

Aniki—!? What do you think you're doing!? [WHY ARE YOU ATTACKING SOUSEI... Why is the bathroom door on the ground!!!]

[Responsible Adults are busy Adulting obviously. What does it look like? Either way, Tenka's held back by the shoulders though he's just snapping back at Soramaru in the next second-]

I'm giving Sousei what he's been asking for! Your aniki got trapped and your dumb master was useless!!

[SO USELESS. STILL NOT OVER SOUSEI TRYING TO OPEN THE DOOR WHEN TENKA SAID IT WAS LOCKED.

Hence why he's trying to break free from Soramaru's grip in the next moment to just tackle Sousei.

[Now, Sousei thought that Soramaru had Tenka on a firm leash now. He thought Tenka was dumb being a moron. Inaccurate assumptions on both parts.

So he's not exactly prepared when Tenka pulls away and suddenly tackles him. Y e a h. He doesn't have the chance to dodge, and then they're both hitting the floor.

Okay, but seriously, why, Tenka... why... this is so embarrassing for him to watch IT'S USUALLY BETTER THAN THIS, NISHIKI. Soramaru's tired and cranky so he's not exactly going to wait until these fine adults sort themselves out because who knows how long that'll take.]

Stop this! [Tries to pry his brother off of Sousei, oh god. KEEP THIS UP, HE'LL PUNCH YOU IN THE HEAD, TENKA.] Why can't you be more considerate!? Damn it, you're causing trouble for everyone here!!

Don't talk to me about being considerate, Sousei's the one who was completely unhelpful!!

[And he lets himself be pried off even as he's just snapping at Soramaru now, pouting like the 24-year-old man that he is.]

Just know that if you ever lose your aniki in a trapped space, your master's not going to do anything to help! He's the reason why you'll never see your aniki ever again!!

[Sousei sits up as Tenka is pried off (Tenka's lucky Soramaru acted so fast, because Sousei was going to kick him a moment later).

For now, though, he just pushes himself into a standing position a moment later, frowning slightly.]

[She still has no idea how to feel about what the hell just happened, to be honest......

And even while they bicker, all she can think about is the poor door that somehow (???) managed to end up on the floor.]

[The entire point of this is that Sousei is no help to anyone at all!! But now Tenka's just grumbling as he stares down Sousei right over Soramaru's shoulder.]
