What: Kousetsu is out and about. Also the Samonjis go to the game center to learn how to do the thing?!

Shrine: June 3rd

[ For a good majority of the morning Kousetsu will be at the shrine tending to the normal duties one would have there. He’ll be watching people with a keen eye for all those who actually do come to visit. It’s not like he doesn’t trust people but he is pretty serious about his duties. Way too serious even, but that is Kousetsu for you. He’ll be going around handing out emas for people to inscribe and write their wishes or prayers on. His face serious as he does so. If you’re not busy in prayer or are simply enjoying the sights have a tall six foot tall man with bluish white hair wearing a decorative priests robe silently come up to you. Kousetsu no. This is not how you approach someone. ]

…here. This is to put upon the wall. It is for making wishes and prayers. [ He’ll motion towards the wall covered with the plaques already, despite the new year passing already, he doesn’t feel as if people should go without getting their wishes or prayers heard. He’ll also be handing out omamori for a stellar price of just 100 credits each. Not that he actually does it for the money of course. ]

…for luck and protection for yourself or your loved ones. They are…not very expensive.

[ He really sucks with selling things, yeah… ]

Around the city: June 4th

[ And at some point Kousetsu can be found wandering the city with his pet CYbuddy perched on his shoulder. The dove might take off at some point, whether it be because it sees a CYbuddy dog or cat (this is most likely the reason) at a speed greater than Kousetsu can keep up with. Unbeknownst to you (one unexpected bystander) the poor dove might accidentally fly into your hair making it into a temporary perch as it coos pitifully and rather uncertainly back down at whoever's head it's now occupying. Congratulations you now have head pigeon, go to the nurse's office. Kousetsu will trail, quickly, behind before bowing in apology. ]

I am sorry…it seems he was frightened by something.

Game Center: June 5th

[ Once all their chores and work has been done a much needed rest is deserved. So whether you’re at the game center today or just passing by you might spot three brightly colored persons walking about it. Kousetsu had decided that he would take Souza and Sayo to the game center just because it seemed like a place the other two would enjoy. He himself isn’t particularly fond of any one game but he will watch his brothers play the more violent ones, not exactly brimming with excitement to try those for himself. At some point they’ll all go their separate ways to try various gaming consoles they find intriguing. So if you happen to need a partner in crime Souza, Sayo, and Kousetsu are here for your use. ]

[Maybe it's a deliberate choice. Or maybe Sayo unconsciously pick it out. He looks at the pink cat, before he looks at the teddy bear with a nod.]

Yes. Let's try getting him next.

[ Giving Sayo some of the same advice before, Kogitsunemaru observes with amusement. ]

Say, Sayo. [ He tries to not interrupt Sayo's focus, asking only after he's done his attempt. ] What's your favorite animal?

[ Just curious. Not like he's trying to bait out 'fox' as the answer. After all, he just doesn't see the Samonjis as often, given they live in different places. ]

[Okay, the angle should be about right...]

My favourite animal? [He blinks and pauses for a moment.] I don't really have one.

[He never really thought about it before.]

Ah, you don't need to have one. [ Careful, Sayo. The bear seems heavier than the cat, so just double check before you lower the crane... ]

Just seems like most have little creatures with them. I've been thinking about a fox myself. [ Because Nakigitsune and Kogitsunemaru need more foxes for their foxroom, obviously. ]

We can try getting you a fox next.

[There might be one in here. Sayo looks at the crane and the bear carefully.]

Is this alright?

[ Kogitsunemaru smiles. He'll double check his perspective, make sure everything is lined up... ah, seems okay. When it comes down to it, Sayo probably doesn't need his help that much. It's just nice to be with other swords!

And getting a plush fox out of it is also pretty great. ]

[Probably not. But Kogitsunemaru holding him up so he can see better do help! With a nod, he press the button and watch the crane goes down...

Pick up the bear... carry it over... This is incredibly tense. What if it slips out?

And it's...in!]

We got it.

[ He sighs in relief as he watches the bear tumble down into the prize area. Two down, one to go! It helps that Sayo has quite the eye for stuffed animals and games that seem pretty hard to win in general. He'll have to treat the tanto to some persimmon ice cream or something. ]

Ah, great work. Think you can go for one more?

[ A green fox sits a bit farther away from the bear, though half of it is buried. ]

[Especially particularly violent games, despite how much he knows Kousetsu dislike them. He looks at Kogitsunemaru and nods, feeling encouraged by their success so far.]

Yes, I can.

[He turns his attention back to the machine. He spy a green fox through the glass. Hm...]

[aslyfox]

[ Better to take out aggression against virtual enemies than real ones... not like there are many opportunities outside of ViViD. This game though, much more family friendly. Kousetsu would probably be happy. ]

Ah, you see it? [ It's bright green, would be hard to miss! ]

[reprizesal]

[He only have a problem if it's fighting in ViViD. Killing enemies there doesn't give that same sense of satisfaction he craves.]

The green fox? [Yeah, he saw it.] Is that what you want?

[aslyfox]

Yes... if you don't mind lending your expertise to my cause, Sayo.

[ He nods, humbly and politely. The tantou definitely had a better sense of this game than he did, so Kogi would happily acquiesce. ]

I don't mind, Kogitsunemaru-san.

[The little fox did help him get the toys he want. So it's a way of repaying him. Alright, time to start again...]

[aslyfox]

It's over there. You saw it, right? It shouldn't be too hard to get...

[ More specifically, the little green fox's head and body are sticking straight up, like it's trying to escape the sea of plushies... except it can't, so it's kind of sad. Hopefully Sayo will be able to save it? ]

I saw it.

[Okay, he's moving the claw carefully and staring at the fox plushie with an intense stare. Carefully lining up...]

Does this look right?

[aslyfox]

[ It looks alright to him, though it's a little hard to tell when it's that far out. The claw is definitely above the fox, so he'll nod agreeing with Sayo's assessment. The little blue tantou hasn't been wrong yet! ]

Looks fine... go ahead.

[ At this rate, Sayo could probably flood every apartment with stuffed critters. ]

[Sayo press the button and it goes down... and grabs it. It pulls up, carrying the fod with it and slowly take it to the drop-in hole.

Oh no, it seems to be slipping out a little...?!

These few seconds feel long and intense.]

[ Ugh, he can't take this tension! The hook, swinging slightly around as it lifted the plush vulpine and oh please don't fall, you're so close...

Kogitsunemaru will close his eyes and just hope for the best. Weh. ]

[reprizesal]

[The claw draw ever so closer, as the toy seems to slip a little more...

AND IT SLIP. Right onto the hole's edge... and slide down... right down and it's a victory.]

We got it!

[aslyfox]

[ He reaches into the prize depository and pulls out the plush fox, making it three plushies and one Sayo in his arms. Cat, bear, fox, blue haired boy. He'll lower the tantou down to the ground while holding the stuffed animals in his arms. ]

Thank you again, Sayo-san. [ Kogitsunemaru is certainly pleased, not just for his own take of the fluffy animals, but because Sayo certainly had a knack for that game. ]

What will you do with yours?

[Once he's back on the ground, Sayo looks up at Kogitsunemaru.]

You're welcomed, Kogitsunemaru-san. [His eyes went to the teddy bear and the cat in the little fox's arms.] I think I'll take them home with me.

[aslyfox]

That's a good idea. [ He'll hold out the animals to Sayo. ] And here are yours.

[ They're so fluffy and soft. He's happy to have his fox, he'll probably let the tiniest fox and the CyBuddy in his room use it as a friend. ]

[reprizesal]

[Sayo takes the stuffed toys from Kogitsunemaru, holding them both in his arms. He probably look adorable like this.]

[ Too adorable! Though Kogitsunemaru knows better regarding the ages of his sword allies, Sayo still looks like a child holding two new stuffed animal pals.

He'll put the green fox on his shoulder, letting it sit and eventually ride from a nice, tall perch. ]

No, thank you. You did lower the crane, after all. I hope they will keep you in good company.

It's...the least I can do. [Sayo doesn't think it's that special, but he can see how hard it can be.] And I hope yours will be a good friend, too.
