What: Hirari wants to take Botan out on a date.

[Botan had began to fall into her own sort of daily tasks in this world. She worked every now and then, when she was needed, then she would come home and look after things around the house. Hirari was always in and out but for the most part he stayed close to her, something she didn't mind at all. Besides that she would visit the Kumou family and occasionally invite Kagemitsu and Poko over. Beyond the weird happens every now and then life here was pretty easy going, different in some ways from home of course but nothing bad either.

Having a free day she focuses on doing a little of her laundry as she waits for Hirari to come home. Looking to the clock she moves somethings into the washing machine before she turns it on. It was a rather helpful device. With that done she moves into the living room and sits down to have tea when she hears the door click.]

[ He lifted her hand to his lips, kissing her knuckles. ]

[She blushes all the more now but doesn't jerk her hand away.]

H-Hirari-dono!

[Botan shakes her head though still smiling.]

[ The warm smile on his face gets wider at her response. God, she's so beautiful and he can't believe she loves him back. ]

Yeah. I love you so much, Botan.

[She just rests her head on his shoulder, there was no way she could argue with this man.]

Hehe, I know. You tell me quite often.

[She was attempting to be a little playful with him now.]

[ That's so cute. He couldn't be happier (just you wait until they get married) with her by his side like this. ]

I'll tell you as many times as you want. I never get tired of telling you.

[ And everyone else. He wants everyone to know how much he loves her. ]

[Closing her eyes, she just relaxes into him. If he does propose to her she really won't know what to do with herself.]

Mn...I'm sure the entire world will know it.

[She has no doubts about that at all.]

If I have any say in it, everyone will know it.

[ He will scream it from rooftops, inside libraries (some security guard he is), everywhere.

Speaking of inside, there's the food. ]

I swear...

[She just shakes her head softly. Now if he did that she will hit him, don't bother too many people.

Botan moves to sit up again when she sees the food.]

Oh.

[ Good, put your dog on a leash.

He's a bit sad that she doesn't lean on him anymore, but then he looks over the food with curiosity. ]

[At least he's well behaved most of the time.

The food looks and smells amazing at least! Looking at the fork she knows they will have to make due with them.]

It smells really good.

[ He's been housebroken already.

He's not exactly used to forks. How will this Great Adventure end? ]

[ He looks to the waiter, giving him a thanks, and... Well, now they also get to try wine. ]

[That is a BIG plus.

They will be a fun mess tonight...this is all new.]

I'm glad you knew about this place.

[The noodles on her plate seem common enough to home, that's a plus!

Taking her glass she brings it up from the table.]

It's a pretty color.

[ Expect Hirari to be a little bit tipsy, but he's not planning on getting drunk. He wants to be aware so she can enjoy herself.

There's some strange cucumber in it, but the rest was more familiar. Octopus and shrimp wasn't foreign to them, was it? ]

It is.

[ He raises his own glass with a smile. ]

I hope it tastes as good as it's pretty.

[Botan really won't get drunk like the others. She will be more than happy to bring him home.

It does look familiar to some degree and does look tasty.]

[Smiling she takes a sip of the wine.]

[ He can get drunk for both of them. Well, he doesn't usually get drunk on purpose, but it happens from time to time.

He smiles right back and takes a taste out of his own glass. It tastes kind of strange, since he's never had it before (just wait until he tries coffee), but it isn't exactly bad. ]

Doesn't taste like sake at all.

[ Not that he knew what he expected it to taste like, but it's the only thing he knows to compare it to. ]

[Drunk or not she was sure they could enjoy herself. She does remember Hirari and Kagemitsu drinking together though, it was quite a sight.

The flavor was very different than sake, it was almost richer...it tasted a little like grapes?]

It doesn't...it is made from something different, I think.

[ Hopefully they'll never end up in a drinking battle of who can drink the most. Both are unwilling to lose to the other after all. ]

Yeah. Do they add grape juice to it?

[ They taste the same thing, though it's more than just adding grape to it. ]

[It would be something she would surely have to intervene with. Neither of them know when to give up.]

Hm...it might be made from it?

[There was a clear grape taste, that was all she could think.]

[ They would both end up with alcohol poisoning or something. They're so blessed that Botan is there for them. ]

I didn't know you could make alcohol out of grapes.

[ It's a curious statement, and it's obvious that he will look into it later on. He likes books. ]

[Botan doesn't need them to die on her...]

It didn't either, it's very good.

[She just chuckles at him before she sets the glass down.]

We should try this food too.

[ No, and that would be a stupid way to die too. Death by stupid. ]

It is.

[ Oh! He had nearly forgotten about the food, kind of distracted by Botan and the wine. ]

Of course.

[Certainly would be a death by stupid competition.]

Yes.

[Picking up the fork, she was getting used to them, she started to gather some before taking a bite. Blinking she can't help but to enjoy the flavor.]

Mmn...this is really good.

[ Hirari has had a bit longer time to get used to the fork, but he much prefers chopsticks still. You can't use one hand when eating with a fork and knife.

Luckily, this dish doesn't seem to involve a lot of cutting, so he will be fine with just the fork. He takes a bite of his own food, and lights up. ]

Yeah, mine too. It really is.

[She is more than thankful for not having to cute a bunch of food. She was more than happy it was good, she is happy his is good as well.

Botan continues to eat some more of her food.]

I'm glad. Would you like to try some of mine?

[She puts some on a fork, curious if he will try it.]
