[ Thankfully pain isn't an issue here, it's more that his "bone" is fractured enough that if he stands on it... it'll just give out. That's something no one wants when trying to run away from crazy people, that's for sure. ]

You do realise that in Camelot using magic is punishable by death, right?
[ Once they're outside there's a barrage of fire, swords and arrows. He manages to react quickly enough by raising his arm and yelling out "Shieldan" which covers them with a nice reflective barrier while his hand is held up there. When there's a break his hand slams down though, using a stunning spell to send them all flying through the air.
No one seems to be waking up anytime soon at least, though it probably looks like a couple have cracked their heads open pretty hard and are bleeding all over the floor. Ah. ]

Why would it be punishable by death? Isn't that where Merlin and the knights of the whatever table live? Merlin's always busting people's chops with cool magic spell and magicking his brooms to clean stuff!

I am Merlin! [ Maya please... Though honestly she isn't wrong. Despite having amples of power he often wastes it to do his chores because he's too lazy to do them himself.
Not so Disney-ish as lazy as hell.
