When: IC 1/16 - All Day
Where: Indoor waterpark in the Entertainment District
What: An indoor waterpark adventure! It's like a beach episode in the middle of the winter! Basically, Nonon wanted to go with just Ryuko but suddenly more people were invited than she intended. Now the word is out, it's not longer a private date for the two, and instead filled with friends, food and swimming!
Rating/Warning: None so far!
It all started with a simple text message to Ryuko. Nonon had found a bikini she wanted to wear and heard about an indoor waterpark in the Entertainment District that is heated in the wintertime. And what she had secretly hoped to be a day out between her and her sister's best friend that she might or might not be feeling some sort of unresolved tension with, suddenly grew bigger when she was told to invite Athena. Soon more and more people were invited until it was a small crowd all planning to meet up at the waterpark.
And what a park it is!
With a giant heat lamp in roof overhead it's almost like being at the beach in summer! The change of temperature as soon as you arrive is almost staggering. The heat is a nice change of pace though from the snowstorm that had hit earlier over Christmas, making it all the better reason to rip off your clothes down to your swimsuit and enjoy a day in the water!!
There is plenty to do:
Just be careful around the little robotic crabs that move around, as the self-cleaning systems. There's rumors that if they were all to come together in one place they might form into a giant dangerous crab robot that would need to be battled, in some kind of... Crab Battle. So don't do that.
The park closes at 9:00pm, and the sun slowly turns off with sundown, so enjoy a romantic evening lit by underwater lights.

Remember to put some oomph in your swing, you're up against a tough melon.
[ Ryuko gently places her hands on Nonon's shoulders, spinning her slowly for the first turn, but her tiny "date" will quickly realize that the spins are getting faster... and far longer than necessary. ]

[ Seriously. How anyone actually could think of these two as friends when they trade insults and threats back and forth all the time... ]
What is that--H-Hey!! [ Nonon is spun a few times easily, mildly annoyed, but knowing it's juts how the game is played. But she's certain she can keep her focus on where the melon is..... until the idiot she calls a friend spins her more and more, and soon she's out of control, unable to stop, hat flying off. ]

Ahh... I... stupid...!! [ She stops spinning and instantly crosses her legs as she leans to the side almost falling over. Which causes her to throw her weight in the other direction and she sways that way too.
Honestly, it's just kind of hilarious seeing Nonon nearly tripping this way and that, having no idea where the melon is. ]

Except Ryuko's made one big mistake. Nonon has a sword in her hands, and that melon doesn't make any noise, and Ryuko does. Which means she's coming right for Ryuko, swinging wildly (come on, Ryuko kicked her in the face before, violence between them is hardly surprisingly). ]

[ She ducks from another swing, that one was a little bit closer. Whoa! Indeed, this cute creature is one of the Elite Four, after all. ]

[ Yeah, she's still being a little shit. And look, she used one of Nonon's names for him, too! ]

[ She swings wildly a little more before she stops, holding the sword in both hands, turning away from Ryuko, where she imagines the melon has to be. If someone has to be mature then she might as well!! Especially if she's going to be compared to Uzu she's going to show Ryuko she's better! Why she wants to do that she doesn't know. ]

[ She finds herself talking into Nonon's ear again, although somewhat softer this time. Her instructions are clear and concise, expecting one of Satsuki's top warriors to follow instructions with ease. ]

[ Nonon mumbles, looking around despite the blindfold for the melon. And yes feeling the voice in her ear, Ryuko's voice, makes her entire body shiver in probably the strangest sensation she's ever felt. ]
T-Three steps! [ She tries to put that weirdness behind her, following the directions impeccably, taking the steps, and turning her body to the right. And then she brings up the sword and straight down... on the melon? ]

...Except Ryuko leans in and makes her shiver again. Nonon might have been swimming a little herself, but she hasn't even wet her hair. Which means that even while the other girl's intense, commanding, exciting sort of tone makes Nonon almost lightheaded with strange emotions, Ryuko is likely to just get a pretty strong whiff of sweet floral notes of Nonon's scented shampoo. ]
I-I'm supposed to be the conductor here... [ She can barely keep her voice from cracking, so she lifts the sword again, and strikes the melon hard, almost as hard as she can, trying to get that built up tension inside of her out with a yell as she cuts it. ]

When the deed is done, particles of the cold melon's insides fly outward, with some of the debris sticking along Ryuko's exposed torso and neck. She shivers with goosebumps as the artificial sun slowly warms her skin again. Cold food and Ryuko don't seem to be getting along today. ]

[ And out comes the Scissor Blade in full size! Nonon made her scream like a timid schoolgirl and now it's time to pay. If she attempts to swing the wooden katana it will just be cut up as Ryuko attempts to pick her up in a fireman's carry.
