When: IC 1/16 - All Day
Where: Indoor waterpark in the Entertainment District
What: An indoor waterpark adventure! It's like a beach episode in the middle of the winter! Basically, Nonon wanted to go with just Ryuko but suddenly more people were invited than she intended. Now the word is out, it's not longer a private date for the two, and instead filled with friends, food and swimming!
Rating/Warning: None so far!
It all started with a simple text message to Ryuko. Nonon had found a bikini she wanted to wear and heard about an indoor waterpark in the Entertainment District that is heated in the wintertime. And what she had secretly hoped to be a day out between her and her sister's best friend that she might or might not be feeling some sort of unresolved tension with, suddenly grew bigger when she was told to invite Athena. Soon more and more people were invited until it was a small crowd all planning to meet up at the waterpark.
And what a park it is!
With a giant heat lamp in roof overhead it's almost like being at the beach in summer! The change of temperature as soon as you arrive is almost staggering. The heat is a nice change of pace though from the snowstorm that had hit earlier over Christmas, making it all the better reason to rip off your clothes down to your swimsuit and enjoy a day in the water!!
There is plenty to do:
Just be careful around the little robotic crabs that move around, as the self-cleaning systems. There's rumors that if they were all to come together in one place they might form into a giant dangerous crab robot that would need to be battled, in some kind of... Crab Battle. So don't do that.
The park closes at 9:00pm, and the sun slowly turns off with sundown, so enjoy a romantic evening lit by underwater lights.

[Don't mind her as she just takes a seat on a nearby towel. From the water running down her back, dripping from her loose hair, it's obvious she's already been swimming on her own. Only slightly less obvious are the thin, pale scars, even more visible now that she's in a bikini and not in a dress at the ball.]

[ When Peko gets closer and sits down, Kyouko notices the small scars. Possibly from fights? She is the SHSL Swordsman, so it's not too surprising. ]

[She had been swimming laps, but that's starting to get more difficult to do with so many other people in the pool. Then again, that's almost like its own kind of training in and of itself!
And while a sword seems perfectly normal to Peko, Kirigiri's gloves sure don't.]
May I ask why you are wearing gloves to a pool?

I almost always wear them. They serve as a reminder more than anything else.

[There's a conversational hook there, even Peko can recognize it, but she doesn't want to pry. Instead, she just rests her elbows on her knees and leans forward, watching the pool a little more closely -- or rather, the people in it.]
How go your investigations into this city?

I've explored most parts of the city, and I have yet to find anything especially noteworthy. I still have a lot of questions, but I doubt I will be able to find an answer anytime soon.
