Teeny Weeny String Bikini [OPEN!]

Where: Indoor waterpark in the Entertainment District
What: An indoor waterpark adventure! It's like a beach episode in the middle of the winter! Basically, Nonon wanted to go with just Ryuko but suddenly more people were invited than she intended. Now the word is out, it's not longer a private date for the two, and instead filled with friends, food and swimming!

It all started with a simple text message to Ryuko. Nonon had found a bikini she wanted to wear and heard about an indoor waterpark in the Entertainment District that is heated in the wintertime. And what she had secretly hoped to be a day out between her and her sister's best friend that she might or might not be feeling some sort of unresolved tension with, suddenly grew bigger when she was told to invite Athena. Soon more and more people were invited until it was a small crowd all planning to meet up at the waterpark.




And what a park it is!

With a giant heat lamp in roof overhead it's almost like being at the beach in summer! The change of temperature as soon as you arrive is almost staggering. The heat is a nice change of pace though from the snowstorm that had hit earlier over Christmas, making it all the better reason to rip off your clothes down to your swimsuit and enjoy a day in the water!!

There is plenty to do:

Water slides!

A wave pool!

A hidden grotto with hot tubs for secret rendezvous...

Lazy river!

Deliciously fruity cocktails from the swim-up bar that are known to be deceptively alcoholic...

Some local jerk has even brought food for people to eat, or you can eat at the snack bar!

Sunbathing!

Chicken fights!

And of course, swimming with friends!

Just be careful around the little robotic crabs that move around, as the self-cleaning systems. There's rumors that if they were all to come together in one place they might form into a giant dangerous crab robot that would need to be battled, in some kind of... Crab Battle. So don't do that.

The park closes at 9:00pm, and the sun slowly turns off with sundown, so enjoy a romantic evening lit by underwater lights.

[ Unless it's Kyouko's enemies who are here as well. That can happen, in Ryuko's experience. ]

I'm not. I have two classmates here, and others who attended my school as well.

[ And only one of them is someone she doesn't have a complicated relationship with, due to everything that's happened.

The line moves a little forward, and Kyouko moves a few steps to keep up with it. ]

[ Naturally, with the other girl's perpetual pokerface, Ryuko doesn't pick up on the complexity of Kyouko's relationship with her classmates. ]

Lucky you. Most of us end up here alone and we gotta fend for ourselves.

[ They eventually reach the top of the waterslide and Ryuko just looks at the other girl. They more or less agreed to ride it together, but they didn't exactly discuss who'll sit first and who will be holding on from behind.

Awkward... ]

[ Going by that, it sounds like Ryuko was alone when she got here. Kyouko can at least imagine that it must be hard to adjust to that... Hearing your world is destroyed and then ending up here alone. It wouldn't be easy. ]

You're right. I got extremely lucky. [ Because despite how complicated everything is, she still has other people from her world, and that's something at least.

Kyouko realizes that they hadn't discussed just exactly how they were going to go down the slide until they were up next, left with no real chance to discuss it. ]

I can go in front.

--ah! [ Thank you for taking the initiative, Kyouko. ]

Are ya sure? I mean, I-I guess you should experience it properly if it's your first run...

[ As they're being ushered to take the ride, Ryuko waits for her partner to get in position first. She's not used to being a backseat driver, that's for sure. ]

Of course. I don't mind at all.

[ She gives her a small smile before getting into the position the staff member indicates. ]

[ Kyouko's smile is not only reassuring, but it's somewhat warm and trustworthy. Ryuko doesn't hesitate at all until she positions herself behind the pretty girl, her hands struggling-- forcing themselves to make contact with her. She's not very touchy-feely by nature even with her friends, let alone strangers she has just met.

Ultimately, she settles on gently placing both hands on Kykou's shoulders from behind. Yes, this... this will do. ]

Let's get this over with! Here we go!

[ And she pushes her companion along with herself, leaving the rest to gravity. This is it, Kyouko's first slide! ]

[ She nods, and off they go! Whatever initial apprehension she had at going down the water slide is gone when the water carries them through the slide. It's actually pretty fun, and Kyouko is enjoying herself.

It's over all too soon, though, as they both shoot out of the slide splashing into the water. Kyouko surfaces after a moment or two, throwing her long ponytail over her shoulder. When she finds Ryuko, there's a small smile on her face. ]

...That was fun.
