Teeny Weeny String Bikini [OPEN!]

Where: Indoor waterpark in the Entertainment District
What: An indoor waterpark adventure! It's like a beach episode in the middle of the winter! Basically, Nonon wanted to go with just Ryuko but suddenly more people were invited than she intended. Now the word is out, it's not longer a private date for the two, and instead filled with friends, food and swimming!

It all started with a simple text message to Ryuko. Nonon had found a bikini she wanted to wear and heard about an indoor waterpark in the Entertainment District that is heated in the wintertime. And what she had secretly hoped to be a day out between her and her sister's best friend that she might or might not be feeling some sort of unresolved tension with, suddenly grew bigger when she was told to invite Athena. Soon more and more people were invited until it was a small crowd all planning to meet up at the waterpark.




And what a park it is!

With a giant heat lamp in roof overhead it's almost like being at the beach in summer! The change of temperature as soon as you arrive is almost staggering. The heat is a nice change of pace though from the snowstorm that had hit earlier over Christmas, making it all the better reason to rip off your clothes down to your swimsuit and enjoy a day in the water!!

There is plenty to do:

Water slides!

A wave pool!

A hidden grotto with hot tubs for secret rendezvous...

Lazy river!

Deliciously fruity cocktails from the swim-up bar that are known to be deceptively alcoholic...

Some local jerk has even brought food for people to eat, or you can eat at the snack bar!

Sunbathing!

Chicken fights!

And of course, swimming with friends!

Just be careful around the little robotic crabs that move around, as the self-cleaning systems. There's rumors that if they were all to come together in one place they might form into a giant dangerous crab robot that would need to be battled, in some kind of... Crab Battle. So don't do that.

The park closes at 9:00pm, and the sun slowly turns off with sundown, so enjoy a romantic evening lit by underwater lights.

I don't think something like that has happened to me before.

Something like that. If you’re sensitive to it, things will just click for you. And…you know it’s nice making friends through means that aren’t destiny. Like a normal girl.

Hmmm... it sounds so romantic, though.

Romantic? It doesn't have anything to do with romance!

[There may be a bit of suspicious vehemence in her words...]

...it's maybe an idealized thing, but love isn't the same.

Anyway, it's nice having made friends without any destiny attached. Even if I do love them.

That sounds so nice to hear...

[ It isn't necessarily romantic, but it makes Athena feel giddy, anyway. It just seems like something you'd hear from a fairytale. ]

No, none of them are, which is the best part.

Well I'd certainly planned on it. There are new arrivals coming through that are definitely interesting people. A winter spirit, the souls of swords...why, I even got to meet two aliens.

He's so great! He can make snow appear out of nowhere!

I have, yes. At that crazy photo-shoot thing.

[Which is interesting. He's a pretty alright guy.]

His powers certainly are pretty amazing, too. I've met a few spirits in my life, but none quite like him. Certainly unique.

My boss said he knows someone who's able to channel spirits.

Is that also something you can do?

Does he now? Who’s your boss? [A pause.] And yes, I can. It’s harder here, but I can do it. I have an easier time with other things, though.
