Teeny Weeny String Bikini [OPEN!]

Where: Indoor waterpark in the Entertainment District
What: An indoor waterpark adventure! It's like a beach episode in the middle of the winter! Basically, Nonon wanted to go with just Ryuko but suddenly more people were invited than she intended. Now the word is out, it's not longer a private date for the two, and instead filled with friends, food and swimming!

It all started with a simple text message to Ryuko. Nonon had found a bikini she wanted to wear and heard about an indoor waterpark in the Entertainment District that is heated in the wintertime. And what she had secretly hoped to be a day out between her and her sister's best friend that she might or might not be feeling some sort of unresolved tension with, suddenly grew bigger when she was told to invite Athena. Soon more and more people were invited until it was a small crowd all planning to meet up at the waterpark.




And what a park it is!

With a giant heat lamp in roof overhead it's almost like being at the beach in summer! The change of temperature as soon as you arrive is almost staggering. The heat is a nice change of pace though from the snowstorm that had hit earlier over Christmas, making it all the better reason to rip off your clothes down to your swimsuit and enjoy a day in the water!!

There is plenty to do:

Water slides!

A wave pool!

A hidden grotto with hot tubs for secret rendezvous...

Lazy river!

Deliciously fruity cocktails from the swim-up bar that are known to be deceptively alcoholic...

Some local jerk has even brought food for people to eat, or you can eat at the snack bar!

Sunbathing!

Chicken fights!

And of course, swimming with friends!

Just be careful around the little robotic crabs that move around, as the self-cleaning systems. There's rumors that if they were all to come together in one place they might form into a giant dangerous crab robot that would need to be battled, in some kind of... Crab Battle. So don't do that.

The park closes at 9:00pm, and the sun slowly turns off with sundown, so enjoy a romantic evening lit by underwater lights.

[He wold love to be friends with Peko. That's kind of what they're working towards now. But if they accomplish it, it doesn't magically rewrite years worth of not being friends into friendship, is all.]

Uh huh. [He doesn't believe her, that much is obvious. But he closes his eye again, settling back down into his lounge chair and folding his hands behind his head.] Well it's not like I care anyway, so forget about it. Let's just go back to...whatever it is this conversation was supposed to be.

[Lies, he sort of cares.]

[ Nonon will help him with that. As much as she would never call Kuzuryuu her friend (to his face) she would do that for him. Or just get involved between them because it's funny. ]

Good, because it's not important. [ Phew, safe. ] I was here to tell you that you and Scarfy put up a good fight.

[ She stretches her legs out, glancing away. ] And thanks for the flower. I was pretty surprised to find it. Do all yakuza have manners like yours?

Tanaka, not Scarfy.

[So it's fine to give him a stupid nickname but apparently less okay with Gundam? Okay then.]

Opening night tradition, wasn't it? What kind of person would ignore something like that?

[ She shrugs, obviously not accepting calling him that. Gundam is just too ripe for nicknames. ]

You really are cultured. I have to hand it to you, I didn't expect it when I first met you that you'd actually have any manners to you.

[ Oh, she remembers something. ]

I met that girl of yours.

[The sad part is, Kuzuryuu has to agree. Poor Gundam.]

Joke's on you. I only sent it because I figured you assumed I wouldn't. [Okay well yes, that was part of it but also she's right and he is capable of having manners when he wants to. Not that that stops him from swearing or being blunt as fuck.] What girl?

[Nonon are you trying to bring up romance talk again? What did he say about that last time. No girlfriend. Because that's surely what she means by "girl of yours".]

Good joke, but you still sent me it. [ So... somehow that means she wins?

Oh what, Nonon listening to anyone telling her anything? Sorry, she has no intentions to leave it alone. Though, she's not reallyy bringing up romance this time. ]

Pekoyama. The swordsman. She calls you Master, so she belongs to you, right?

[He's not sure if this is better than romance talk, to be honest. It's certainly not a conversation he wants to have with Nonon, of all people. He frowns, still keeping his eye closed.]

She calls me young master, [Important distinction.] which everyone in the family does because that's what I am.

[The biggest difference being that it's only okay for family members other than Peko to call him that. Does this really answer the question though? Not fully.]

[ Get used to it Kuzu, Nonon is your friend now. ]

I don't see how I was wrong. [ Nonon just shrugs, obviously uncaring about the distinction. ] You went underwater and I thought she was going to jump in and drag you out like a lifeguard.

Well you were. Peko's her own person.

[He's hoping the short, to the point answers will end this conversation sooner, rather than later. Because he still really doesn't want to talk about it.]

[ Nonon just raises an eyebrow, getting that it's some kind of sore subject. ]

Are you always this sore after losing, or are you worse off because you actually thought you could beat us?

[impheired]

Are you always this dense or did you take one too many knocks to the head when you lost control of your partner? I answered your question, drop it.

[ Nonon opens her mouth to say something rude back to him, but ends up deciding against it. So many things seem to be "off limits" with him! It's annoying! But she knows she's got more manners than that. So she instead gets up to her feet, shooting him a grin, obviously not too upset. ]

Either way, it's good that you came right? Cardboard Girl wants us all to take a picture later, make sure you there.

[When Kuzuryuu opens up to people, especially on the topic of Peko, he usually just ends up depressing them. In a weird way, Nonon should almost be glad he's not quite that comfortable in their friendship yet.]

[Not that friendship is actually what's occurring here or anything! J-Jeez.]

[He quirks a brow, finally cracking his eye open again.]

[ Becoming friends... Nonon will still vehemently deny they are anything like that. She barely wants to admit she and Ryuko are friends... ]
