Who: Jungo Torii (chawanmeowshi) & open
When: 2/1 (IC) / 7/8 (OOC)
Where: Chawanmushi, a nondescript building in the shopping district.
What: Where has Jungo been? What has Jungo been doing? Well, he’s been getting ready to open his unfortunate mash-up of a cat cafe, a chawanmushi restaurant, and a bathhouse. And now it’s open without any fanfare at all. Somehow, he ends up hiring two swordspeople to work for him in the process.

[They start showing up out of nowhere. You might find one in the shopping district, brushing against your leg or pinned to a pole somewhere. You might find one in your mailbox. There’s no real rhyme or reason to where they show up, mostly because they’re being distributed by a pair of demons and Jungo, but there are flyers advertising a new business. There’s just one problem.

Okay, there are several problems. There’s the font choice, there’s the fact that the flyer seems to be advertising cats and baths at the same time, there’s the fact that there’s no date, there’s also no address...it’s kind of a mess. But for those who brave the trial ahead of them and search out this new restaurant in the shopping district, they’ll find something decidedly unique hidden behind a door with no banner.

They’ll find a clean and simple restaurant with Jungo behind the counter. They’ll find cats (one real, the rest CyBuddy for now) playing and napping and watching anyone who comes in. They’ll find a door near the back that leads to two separate bathing areas (the photos in the bathing area are all wildlife themed—it’s not always cats, Jungo loves all animals).

Of course, given the fact that Jungo doesn’t advertise well at all, they might just walk past the nondescript door and decide to enter it for fun. Or they might catch Jungo walking in himself, or they might catch the scent of egg custard in the air and follow their stomachs. No matter the outcome, there’s one chef standing behind the counter, and...the entire place is likely (and unsurprisingly) empty.]

[ooc; This is kind of an introduction to Jungo's establishment, named Chawanmushi (it's the easiest name to remember). This is more for one-on-one with Jungo, though if there's interest, I can do mingles here later. /o/;]

[ Kousetsu had seen the flyers first and foremost. So of course if it's something even remotely ethnic to his home he will definitely give it a try. It's after many hours of searching that he finally stumbles across the restaurant and its unique interior.

At least the cats seem comfortable with the tall tachis appearance. ]

...is this Chawanmushi? [ He'll ask in a rather polite and interested tone of voice. ]

[Jungo nods at the question. When Kousetsu comes in, he's busy with his back to the counter because he's making tea instead of cooking at his station. He stops what he's doing to pay proper attention to his guest, though, grateful to have a customer, a guest, or even a new friend.

Gosh, he hopes he makes lots of new friends.]

That's right. I'm glad you made it. [He doesn't even know you but he loves you.] Would you like some tea? It's almost done.

[ Hopefully he doesn't mind new friends who are dressed in priestly garb and have linefaces?! He looks around a bit eyeing the cybuddies but most of all the real cat. He'll bend down to give it a quick pets as he nods silently. ]

...yes. Thank you for all your hard work. [ Since it seemed like he was only one running this place?! That's pretty good for such a young man to do by himself. ]

[Nope. He's not going to judge. He does stare, though. It doesn't take a genius to notice that there's something special about this man. He dresses very regally, traditionally.

It's impressive.]

Thank you as well. [He's not sure why he's thanking him, but it feels like the proper thing to say.] Is it alright if I ask what you do for a living?

[ Kousetsu doesn't mind the stares actually. He is kinda used to it because when the three Samonjis are together they're quite a sight, especially Souza who is rather...pink. ]

...it is fine. I am currently working in the gardens and as a shrine priest here. Before this place I was one of the Samonji blades under the care of my master, the sainwa sage.

[ He says it all rather seriously, especially that last part, which was because it was rather true. ]

[Jungo relaxes completely when he hears that this man is a blade. Kashuu, that little blue one, and Dotanuki are all very, very nice. He thinks that all the swords must be at this rate, and he's glad to meet another one.]

I see. You're a friend of Dotanuki and Kashuu, then. You're very welcome here. [And then, because he can't help but say what's on his mind:] You're also very pretty.

[If he had to pick, Kashuu is the social one...Dotanuki is the strong one...and this man is the pretty one. Yeah, that sounds good.]

...yes. We are all part of the army that fights for the saniwa, Haru-san. [ Kousetsu will tilt his head upon seeing the others reaction. It's not as if its strange, given how many of them were here, but it was always weird to see how comfortable some people were with what they are.

It's the pretty comment though that makes him feel somewhat awkward?! Also he might feel his face get a little hot all of the sudden but it quickly goes away as fast as it came. Because he's never been thought of as pretty before and he's not sure how to handle it. ]

...that is. [ What does he say? Thank you...yes that's what you say when someone compliments you. He might bow a little in respect and gratitude then. ]
