[ the walk to soramaru's own apartment isn't far or long - and they're quickly in the place he shares with his brothers and sousei. it's just as homey - made to look as much like a shrine house as possible, modern appliances for convenience strewn here and there.

[Ah- she was just going to do some Dangan-style investigation, but this is much more respectful. While Soramaru's texting, Peko just leans against a nearby wall and keeps an eye on the apartment itself. At least if anyone decides to ask what she's doing there, she can truthfully say that Tenka had said that she was welcome in his home at any time, and she's training with Soramaru himself. Won't have to mention the date, at all.]

First drawer of his nightstand. He said that--

[ ...ah, and that's when he notices sousei's several guns? he's never seen master use anything like that, and wonders about them a bit, so he takes... a picture of the Pile of Guns and sends it questioningly. ]

[She frowns when he cuts himself off, entering behind him and pausing at the sight of all the guns. From the way Soramaru takes a picture and goes back to texting, it's clear he's not familiar with them, either.]

Does Abe normally use firearms...?

[He hadn't seemed the type. Anyway, she's just going to move to his nightstand to look for the keys.]

...Do you know anyone who does, though? He says he's holding them for safekeeping, and because it's Master he doesn't want to hand them out to people who can't use them. But... What if they could use them, I mean? This city can get dangerous, and if we could teach people to be stronger...

My young master is quite skilled in the use of pistols, but where I am from, anything larger is extremely difficult to get our hands on. I think if anyone could use these weapons, though... he certainly would be a good candidate. I think my classmate Hinata mentioned having learned to use them, as well.

[Let her have them to give to the yakuza heir, surely this would be fine.]

Ah- [And she holds up her hand.] I have the keys.

...Do you think he'd help? I don't know anything about firearms myself, but... Master seemed like he liked the idea of people being taught to use them and them getting put to proper use.

[ he does give a small nod about the keys, though, taking a step to begin exiting the room. it's weird, being in souseis room........ ]

I... am not certain. He is teaching me, and I can certainly ask, but I cannot presume to speak for him.

[Her relationship with The Bocchan is complicated, after all. But with the keys safely secured and slipped into one of her pockets, and Sousei's room mostly un-rumaged-through, she follows Soramaru out.]

I do not think either of us are the best teachers of anything.

Are there any differences to how you train with Abe at home versus how you train here?

I live with Master, here, so we can start earlier. I'm used to getting up in the mornings either way, but the Yamainu headquarters was pretty far from the Shrine.
