Who: Archer
swordboning and Tohsaka Rin
codere
When: October 19th
Where: Apartments
What: Finding a place to live is suffering for Archer
Rating/Warning: Nuuuuuupe
[With a sigh, Archer opened the door to a place that seemed to fit a certain someone's requirements. Oh well, Archer knew what he was getting into when it came to their work relationship. If he was ever frustrated, he could really only blame himself in the long run. No doubt, Rin would be the one to point out that exact fact to him too. Not so secretly, though, Archer picked a place that he would have an easier time performing daily chores at. Better location and placing, using his keen eye to make sure it was all right.]
Is this place suitable or will there be a reckoning?
[It was a one bedroom place. Yes, Archer planned on staying but he had no need to sleep. It was one of the perks of being a Servant. Hopefully Rin wouldn't get the mistaken idea that she'd be the only one here. Because that was a headache waiting to happen.
...maybe he should address that sooner rather than later.]
If it is fine, I'll work on making sure it's furnished with things suitable for both of us.

[They both weren't being serious at the moment. But at least she understood why wooden swords were a thing.]
Now, are you going to tell me why taking an arrow through the head wouldn't normally kill you.
no subject
[ Shrugging it off. There's still not enough information about this environment for her to feel safe getting ARROW'd though. ]
Anyway it'd be safer to take a boot to the head instead.
no subject
[He rudely doesn't follow up with the offer. The worst Servant.]
Follow me.
[He points to where he's going and starts walking.]
no subject
Where are we going, Archer?
no subject
[That would be awkward and Rin would probably do what she could to make it worse.]
no subject
no subject
[Archer is great at brushing these things off. Except not.]
no subject
It's all right, Archer. Unlike many of my peers, I have no desire in falling for someone I could never keep.
no subject
[Being the maid that he is, it's neither. Except being a stone cold jerk.]
no subject
[ Plus she had Lancer as a Servant.
She's probably used to warding off being hit on every single minute. ]
You do know of a good place where you can beat me, correct?
no subject
[Being seductive thankfully isn't one of his goals.
Hitting her, on the other hand, is. For the moment, at least.]
It's an empty building just around the corner.
no subject
[ Yet she casually comments on her potential death with ease, not once skipping a beat in her step. ]
Please at least make sure everything is covered before you leave it.
no subject
[That and he doubts he could kill a person with the same face as his younger self's love. Or however that's put.]
no subject
I've thought about killing you already... geez, this partnership is really one-sided now that I'm thinking about it.
no subject
[Pushing open a door with his foot. Get in here.]
no subject
Is that the kind of personality you have? Once you steel your mind to do what you've decided on, you do it?
[ Strolling right on in. ] Is that why you're really going to hit me?
no subject
I'm going to hit you so you can test your own limits since it's clear you don't already know them. An unprepared Master causes a weak Servant.
no subject
[ Man, he's serious about this and that leaves her on edge. Being prepared is one thing, but actually getting hit by a guy his size? Geez, that might leave an unsightly bruise. ]
If I hit you back, it can't be helped. It's natural for someone to strike back defensively.
no subject
The entire point is to try and hit me back.
[brb tossing her a wooden sword he just traced and he keeps one for himself.]
no subject
All out?
no subject
no subject
[ Holding his projected wooden shaft with both of her hands firmly. ]
You should come at me first so I can determine your speed.
no subject
More like poking at her gut.]
no subject
[ And quit implying she's eating too much junk food. ]
I guess it's up to me to show you how it's done-! [ Incoming one swing with all of her strength behind it. ]
no subject
I get the feeling swords aren't your thing. Still...
[brb taking a swipe at her ankles.]
