[Naoki's starting to learn a few things about Yang the longer that he spends time with her. One of these things is that she seems to remember well even the things he thinks she says completely jokingly-- like how they talked about coaxing bellyrubs from one of his demons. How she's going to do that, he's not sure, but hey, there can't be any harm in letting her give it a shot if she's even a bit serious. Especially since he's here in case Yurlungur gets any ideas of trying to eat any magatsuhi.

Tearing his curious gaze away from the outfit she's switched to today, he props his hand on his hip.]

Since you dressed up and all, I could let you try it out. Buuuut, it's not too late to call it off either. [And they can get on to training! He looks again at her clothes, secretly admiring (where he's sure Yurlungur won't). It's different and fresh and er anyway back on track he's completely focused on the topic on hand.]

[He sighs lightly and shrugs his shoulders, hands spread apart. Naoki knows when to accept defeat.]

Super jealous. I can't believe you got to pet Yurlungur so much.

[Except with that tone of voice... he's not really trying to hide that he's completely teasing he wasn't jealous at all.]

At this rate, you could probably become a demon tamer.

[Though if he pictures it, all he can see is a entourage of very content demons getting all the pats they could ever want...]

A demon tamer... [ that just makes her laugh. ] Doesn't that sound exotic!

Right? Even more exotic than snake charmer.

[Though that could be viable too considering Yurlungur's just an oversized (demon) snake and Long's a big snakey dragon.]

Yeah, that definitely wouldn't work, anyway... usually I fight snakes.

Giant snakes, right?

[Because it's always a giant something or other in her world...]

Bigger than the average, at least! The ones that have stuck around longer are the biggest-- but the snakes have two heads, just like Yurlungur.

... Not as cute, though.

Yeah, Yurlungur's got the advantage of being cute. But, he's also really strong.

[BUT he's not going to say too much because if she eventually fights him he's going to let her be surprised.]

I'll let you find out that one for yourself, though.

[He rubs at his cheek with a palm the moment after she moves her finger.]

[ It's hilarious, and she's honestly trying not to laugh. ]
